Rock Lee is one of the top fan favorites here at SHJ among our Naruto Inspired Workouts.
He actually came in at number fourteen among our list of The Most Popular Naruto Characters of All Time – which is mainly because there are just so many awesome characters – but if we based it specifically on requests for workouts here at SHJ he would have been much higher.
I’m actually convinced members of The SHJ Army retake the Naruto Workout Placement Quiz until they get him as a result!
But, that’s what we’re doing here…giving you guys another way to train like Rock Lee!
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
As I said, this is definitely not the first Naruto Inspired Workout we’ve seen.
Here are a couple other Naruto workouts and articles (with routines listed) that we’ve seen here at SHJ:
- The Most Powerful Naruto Characters of All Time
- The Most Powerful Naruto Villains of All Time
- Rock Lee Inspired Workout Routine
In our original Rock Lee article we discussed his powers and abilities, so this time around we’ll be skipping the full breakdown.
That being said, I should warn you guys that Rock Lee’s training was described as “grueling”, so we’re going to be putting a routine together that we believe would be created by Might Guy himself!
We’re sticking to the weights with this one, just like we did with his original session – and we’ll be training for speed and power.
And don’t worry – this one will be a full body workout that you can fit into your programming time and time again.
The Rock Lee Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:
One Workout
(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & traditional pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
