Okay, someone spoil me with some Game of Thrones gossip and tell me what is going on with Sansa Stark?
What’s the latest fanboyism on the next season? I can’t take it anymore. I need to know.

Also, before we get too far into the research or interesting stuff, can we just take a vote on whether or not we really thing Sophie Turner skateboards?
I’m pretty sure her characters Sansa Stark and Jean Grey wouldn’t…but maybe she doesn’t actually live like them in real life?

Sophie Turner Diet and Nutrition
Here’s a quote from Self (picured earlier) regarding the diet plan her trainer set for her:
Farmer also revamped Turner’s diet, guiding her toward a low-carb, Paleo-style plan.
Sophie responds with
“I’ve really embraced healthy eating,” she says. “It makes you feel a lot better and more energetic. I’m inspired to get up and out.”
So, Paleo lovers, we have another one! Â Brandon Routh would be proud, eh?
I also found out that Sophie is an avid breakfast skipper, which her trainer was trying to change. Â But, he doesn’t know us SuperHumans love our intermittent fasting!

Sophie Turner Workout Routine Research
Self continued with some really good resources for us, being the main site with direct quotes from Sophie and her trainer. Â They quotes here speaking more about her training:
She and Farmer did full-body workouts for three months. Her varied routine included hill sprints, kettlebells, resistance bands and burpees. “It was all outside, around London, which was more fun than being cooped up in a gym,” she says. “I need to do fun stuff that takes my mind off the fact that I’m working out.”
Okay, well, can we please take a trip to London at least?
Self goes on to tell us about Farmer’s praise for Turner:
For his part, Farmer praises the star’s dedication: “She’s strong, physically and mentally, which makes my job easy. I just had to make sure she didn’t get bored, so I devised tricks,” like teaching her increasingly complex boxing combinations.
Continuing on to other sites, I found more of the same. Â Sophie Turner enjoys jogging, as well as hikes and outside activity (much like we saw from Amber Heard aka Queen of the Sea), as well as training with Farmer.
