How could Lara Croft not already be on Superhero Jacked?
Well, it’s ironic that I ask seeing as I’m the one who chooses what gets published…
Whatever…haters….
But, as we will move into speaking more of Lara Croft, it’s important we don’t forget she also has played tons of other badass roles. Just to name some of them: Wanted, Grendel’s mother in Beowulf (Happy Mother’s Day), Maleficent, and many more!
Angelina Jolie Stats:
Height: 5’6
Weight: 130 lbs.
Age: 41 years old
ย So she’s right around the same stats as many of the other women we see on the site. ย Those being Olivia Munn, Katie Cassidy, Caity Lotz, and more!
Standing shorter than Gal Gadot, Jennifer Lawrence, Sophie Turner and Melissa Benoist – but taller than Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, and Emilia Clarke.

Angelina Jolie Diet and Nutrition
Apparently Angelina Jolie has an unusual diet that she’s been utilizing. ย We’ll cover it, but then we will likely talk about alternatives to get her Lara Croft body.
Considering the diet we’ll discuss wasn’t what she was using back then, of course.
Some quotes about the new diet are as follows:
โAngieโs always been a fan of healthy seeds and grains, but lately sheโs taken it to a whole new level,โ a source told National Enquirer magazine.
โSheโs into eating products made from ancient grains and raves about their health benefits. She claims they provide her with nutrients she canโt find anywhere else, plus shinier skin.โ
So I don’t expect you to follow the exact recipe, but it is fun to know what she’s up to.
One thing I found about the new diet that was particularly intriguing was:
โAngelina has been known to start her day with little more than a spoonful of coconut oil and a handful of cereal,โ a source revealed at the time.
That’s what we do to get started with our intermittent fasting, even utilizing it in SuperHuman Fuel sometimes as well. ย Take Terry Crews for a good example of this.
Which brings us onto heading to the Nutrition Pillars to take intermittent fasting even further to achieve her Lara Croft bod.

Angelina Jolie Workout Routine Research
After some research into Angelina Jolie’s workout routine I found that she was pretty freakin’ intense when training for her role as Lara Croft.
She utilizes a somewhat more typical routine in the sense of going to the gym and lifting in an almost “bodybuilding” styled fashion.
I also found out that she loves to utilize an alternative some days which include yoga and meditation. ย Funny, because Coach Derek and I are currently working on our next bonus path that will be bringing just this to The Academy!

Also, another thing Coach Derek would love is the fact that Jolie also likes to utilize kickboxing as well. ย Considering he already wrote out Deadpool/Harley Quinn Fighters Path, I would go out on a limb and say this is something he’d be into!
With this to be the basis for the routine, I believe we already have more than enough to go off of.
P.S. – While researching more into her routine, I also found that while she was training for Lara Croft she also followed a very high protein diet as well, similar to the Nutrition Classes (Viking, Samurai, Monk, Hunter Gatherer) that we utilize in The Academy as well. ย But, of course, first stop would be the pillars.
