So I guess the title of this article can be slightly deceiving.
But it works, because so is Enchantress, right?
Whatever.
Well, Cara Delevingne is STILL a supermodel, so I just want to get that out of the way as to clear any confusion there may have been.
And, who doesn’t want to look like a supermodel?…Especially one that also starred as a SUPERvillain…?

Weight: (approximate) 113 lbs.

Delevingne is actually on the taller side compared to the other ladies we see at SHJ. Â She’s right there with Jennifer Lawrence, Daisy Ridley, Melissa Benoist, and Sophie Turner (and actually shorter than Gal Gadot), but stands taller than the rest.

Okay, being that she is also a supermodel, and not just a supervillain, there is something I definitely want to be aware of when making this….
One article states:
Putting on just 5 lbs. of excess fat is career suicide for Cara – so we were curious what type of diet and workout regimen Cara uses throughout the year to always stay so thin.
That being said, while we know nutrition is more than half the battle, I may not want to automatically refer to her diet as being the best one for everyone to utilize.
Instead, I suggest heading over to the Nutrition Pillars and utilizing an assortment of things in there.

Her preferred foods included: burgers (and lots of them, especially from McDonald’s), cheese steak sandwiches (because she loves anything with meat and cheese, so this is the perfect combo for her), green drinks (good option), bacon (so much so she has the word BACON tattooed on the bottom of her foot), pizza, strawberries and cream (a fruit finally!), and baked beans (high in sugar, but also high in fiber).
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.

I was also able to find this regarding Delevingne’s workout routine and diet:

I’m going to program a circuit styled routine that you could utilize as often as you’d like, and also some cardio as a filler for when you’re not getting out and getting active. Â These are both to be utilized on days you’re not using some form of “fun” alternative, which I’ll also list examples of.
Quick Circuit:
3 Rounds for time:
10 Burpees
20 Knee Push Ups
10 Sit Ups
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Dips (Chair/Stair)
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Jump Squats
HIIT Cardio:
20 Minutes of HIIT of your choice:
Treadmill:Â
1 min on: 6+ mph
1 min off: 2.5-3.3 mph
Bike:
1 min on: 100+ rpms level 7+
1 min off: steady rpms above 50, level 3+
