Awe yeah. We’re finally getting our long awaited Black Panther workout.
Well, our Chadwick Boseman Black Panther workout!
Technically speaking we have a Black Panther / Black Widow Gymnastics Path within our Superhero Academy already, so we do have a taste of a Black Panther workout already – but now the time has come to get us the real deal!
We actually recently saw Michael B. Jordan’s workout for Creed and Black Panther. Jordan will be portraying Erik Killmonger against Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther.
Don’t worry, I’ll give you a nice picture of the two going head to head against one another with some newly released shots!
Chadwick Boseman Stats:
Height: 6’0
Weight: (approximate) 190-195 lbs.
Age: 40 years old
Chadwick Boseman stands at around an average height range, right there with guys like Stephen Amell, Charlie Hunnam, Tyler Hoechlin, Matt Damon, and Brad Pitt.
He struts a lean body, shorter than dudes like Dwayne Johnson, Batista, Jason Momoa and Ben Affleck – but is taller than those of Zac Efron, Kit Harington and Tom Holland.

Chadwick Boseman Diet and Nutrition
Boseman has always strutted a lean physique (for the most part).
That being said, his diet did not really change much when going into Black Panther, and was mainly a contribution of his training style changing.
He’s even quoted saying:
“How do you know it’s not kickin’ right now? I might be covering something up.”
That’s after being asked about his physique changes for Black Panther.
He concluded the interview stating:
“In all seriousness, I’m blessed to be a part of this Marvel Universe and working with you both,” Boseman said. “I’m looking forward to making magic together.”
Which is what we like to hear.
But, hey. I’m not going to leave you hanging with no where to go when it comes to dietary instructions.
Boseman struts a physique that’s lean and toned. A physique that is definitely worthy of a Black Panther type of gymnast/fighter.

Chadwick Boseman Workout Routine Research
South China Morning Post states:
Boseman trained on the baseball field to play Jackie Robinson and danced eight hours a day to portray James Brown. For the Panther role, he practiced capoeira, karate, kung-Fu and jiu-jitsu.

Boseman also states:
“The physical part is what makes it fun for me and helps me get inside the characters,” he said. “The spirit of the character is going to begin to come out.”
Which I think is so true.
Even after Spider-Man: Homecoming, I was resurged with new motivation to unleash my inner superhero.

I’m going to program 3 days of circuit training and gymnastic styled routine. The other two days are contingent on you getting in the extra work that it takes to become Black Panther. That involves boxing, MMA styled training, and cardiovascular and endurance styled training.
