Okay, I’m in need of some serious recognition.
Which I’m going to give myself regardless of what you guys say…
Do you guys have any clue how hard it is to not include ANY spoilers into these posts?
Well, it’s freakin’ hard, people!
We just did our Game of Thrones workout routines last week for the release, and then the recap of all our GOT celebs that we’ve covered directly after, and I wasn’t allowed to include one dang thing from the premier.
This is the last week of our Spider-Man themed month (which is being shared with Game of Thrones, obviously), so it only felt fitting that we concluded with a lady from our newest film.
Weight: (approximate) 130 lbs.
Age: 20 years old
Zendaya may very well be our youngest female, with Tom Holland and KJ Apa being her counterparts for young celebs that we’ve covered.
She stands in as one of the tallest, despite being the youngest, right there with Gal Gadot and Jennifer Lawrence. That means she sizes up above the rest of the women in our Workout Database, including, but not limited to Scarlett Johansson, Emilia Clarke, Katie Cassidy, Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, and more!
But, this, as always, is just for fun – and the routine will be ready for anyone to utilize.

Zendaya Nutrition and Diet
Zendaya has been a vegetarian since she was nine-years-old, so there is no beef, chicken, or fish in her diet.
That’s okay though, we can introduce her to our Monk Nutrition Class within The Academy – which I’m sure she’d enjoy.
We have a full article on vegetarian and vegan diets that also show up within our Nutrition Pillars at SHJ – which is a great place to start, because it will also allow you to incorporate other pillars that we utilize.
People Magazine tells us Zendaya states:
“My main reason for being a vegetarian is that I’m an animal lover — definitely NOT because I love vegetables,”
And just stating some fun facts that she writes on her app while talking about becoming a vegetarian:
“I had this crazy dream about raining hamburgers,” she writes. “You know that book Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs? It was like that, with giant food falling out of the sky. And I still remember the dream so clearly.”
I used to love that book…
But she continues that statement by saying:
“I don’t like the taste of meat,” she says. “It actually makes me feel weird. The only thing I kind of miss are my mom’s famous turkey burgers, but that’s it!”
And, there it is.
Zendaya is a vegetarian. Kind of an easy, straight to the point, nutrition section – which we’re not exactly used to for many of our celebs!
Zendaya Workout Routine Research
Zendaya is a tall, lean, gorgeous model.
But, that much we already knew, right?
She struts abs that are there due to many different types of training.
Here’s one thing that sets her apart from some other actresses we’ve seen on the site (and maybe makes her similar to others): she hates the gym!
She says this:
“I don’t go to the gym! If we’re going to be honest here, I hate the gym,” she said. “I do not do gyms, it’s just so boring. The way I get my exercise is I have to do fight choreo for my show or I dance. I have to do something that’s fun for me.”
She does however incorporate daily exercise into her regime, though.
She’s very active. Between her dance choreography practice, boxing, and other activity, she manages to stay fit and lean.

As often as possible.
Zendaya is active daily. She doesn’t work out in gyms, but stays constantly active. I’ll program you options to keep it fun – but stay active!
I’m going to give an SHJ Day of programming for days you can’t get out there and get active, and then I’ll also list a Zendaya day!
SHJ Day: Fun Programming
15-30 minutes of yoga
3×10 Knee Push-Ups
3×15 Air Squats
Workout / Circuit:
3 Rounds for Time:
60 second of boxing (heavy bag or shadow boxing)
30 Jump Squats
10 Sit Ups
Zendaya Day: Fun Activity…DAILY!
The above workout routine is programmed for you when you can’t get active like Zendaya with fun activities.
Those can be anything!
Dance, yoga, pilates, cycling, hiking, tennis, etc.
