Lili Reinhart is a total babe.
Have I said that about any other celebs we’ve seen?
Whatever, it’s the truth.
I am absolutely LOVING these Riverdale stars. I love Riverdale, and the more I read about the celebrities behind the character I love, the more I love the entirety.
We’ve now seen KJ Apa, Camila Mendes, Madelaine Petsch and Cole Sprouse.
KJ and Madelaine had the most intense routines, but Camila and Lili are coming in swinging against body-shaming and for body-acceptance.
And I love it.
Lili Reinhart Stats:
Height: 5’6
Weight: (approximate) 121 lbs.
Age: 21 years old
Lili Reinhart is among the average height for women we’ve seen at SHJ.
Like literally right in that sweet spot.
The average height we see is actually 5’4-5’6 with women like Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Rosario Dawson, Katie Cassidy, Katheryn Winnick, Alicia Vikander, and a ton of others – even including he co-star Madelaine Petsch.
Camila, Lili’s other co-star falls in with the ladies shorter ladies like Scarlett Johansson, Emilia Clarke, Natalie Portman, Julianne Hough, Demi Lovato and more.
And the tallest range of celeb women we have seen includes women like Gal Gadot, Jennifer Lawrence, Gwendoline Christie, Karen Gillan, Zendaya, Rihanna, and many more that are considered above average.
But, don’t worry either way.
Regardless of your height and weight you can utilize this routine.

Lili Reinhart Diet and Nutrition
So in Camila Mendes’ workout routine and dietary article we learned that she was way against diets.
Lili Reinhart is making a stand FOR body-acceptance and AGAINST body-shaming as well!
And, it’s freakin’ awesome.
We’ve seen something similar on another CW Star we had on the site a while back.
Can you remember who?
It was our Flash stud: Grant Gustin.
CW Stars doing big, and great things.
I want to share a big section from her interview with People Mag that doesn’t specifically have to do with nutrition, but is awesome and I think worth reading:
“I’m not that flawless image person. I could never live up to that. I’m not going to make people think I’m this airbrushed version of myself. There are lots of versions of me,” she said. “My hair looks like shit most of the time. It looks great when I’m on a carpet, sure, but that’s not the only side I want people to see of myself.”
One side she wants to show more of is her mental state. Reinhart was diagnosed with depression at age 14, and tweeted that landing Riverdale ended “the worse depression I had ever experienced.” Now she makes a point to talk openly about her mental health.
“Let’s talk about [depression] like it actually is,” she said to HarpersBazaar.com. “It’s a very real thing, a day-to-day thing, not just you sitting in a dark room alone. It’s something that comes in all shapes and colors and all different scenarios, all different types of people.”
“When I do conventions, and I can meet fans one on one, they tell me, ‘You speaking about mental health has really helped me a lot.’ It’s very surreal.”
Lili Reinhart is out there helping and changing lives.
And I want to praise that.
There will be another big quote in the workout routine research section with some more nutrition stuff, I promise.
But for now let’s take a look at a her slamming some more body-shaming in relation to what she’s eating:
Express.co.uk shares this information with us (and the image that follows):
Lili was the subject of weight loss pressure when a Twitter user tweeted at her saying they didn’t want her “talent to be overshadowed by [her] weight.”
The actress responded to the user to let them know she did not care about the comments.
““Thank you so much for being concerned about my weight,” she wrote on the social media platform.
“I’ll respond later after I finish my double cheeseburger.”
She then posted a video of herself eating a burrito from US chain, Taco Bell.
““So today basically I was fat-shamed on Twitter, that’s what it’s called,” she said in the video.
My response is basically, don’t let anyone f–king tell you what you can and can’t eat.”
You freakin’ go, Lili.

Lili Reinhart Workout Routine Research
Alright well I hope you guys loved that as much as I did.
I guess we can move onto some real talk about Lili Reinhart’s workout routine and diet plan.
In an interview with Elle she shares a ton of information that we can really work with:
What’s your day-to-day diet and workout like?
I try to work out. It’s hard with my shooting schedule, but I’m lazy, and I don’t work out as much as I should. I try to go on the tread mill. I feel like that’s the easiest thing to do because I don’t know what I’m doing with weights so I’m like, ‘Let’s get some cardio in and run on the treadmill and do intervals between walking and running.’ My diet’s pretty terrible, which isn’t great, but it’s like I figure food makes me happy when I eat what I want so I’m not going to be miserable and kind of limit myself. I just think I need to find a better balance of eating what I want and exercising more because if you’re not exercising and you’re eating crappy food, it’s going to show on your body and your skin so I need to amp up my working out more because all of the ice cream that I do eat.
She seems to be yet another celeb that just allows the sustainable diet to fall in place and just work.
That’s why our Academy Nutrition Classes (Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, Hunter Gatherers, Spartans, SuperHumans, Greek Gods, Vikings) all revolve around finding the diet that works for YOU.
AKA: The one you can sustain.
But, she also breaks down some really good information about her workout regime.
I’ll gladly right you some HIIT (interval training) planning.
