Michael B. Jordan continues to step it up more and more for every single role he appears in.
And Killmonger was one of the best transformations we’ve seen coming off his training for Creed!
Michael B. Jordan’s Black Panther Workout took his original Creed training that we saw in our original Michael B. Jordan Workout [and Diet Plan] and leveled it up with the use of weight training and his coach Corey Calliet (who we’ve seen quite a bit now).
And, sadly, Jordan’s Black Panther Workout sometimes gets overlooked being that it comes as the second workout routine we saw in that article with updated information.
We update articles on a daily basis here, so over a dozen or so celebrities have got a “version two” of their workout routine (some even three or four now like Jordan, actually), so now we’re going back through and making sure you guys don’t miss a thing!
We started last week with Sebastian Stan’s Winter Soldier Workout, talking about how he switched from aero-boxing to a new training style with coach (who is also Ryan Reynolds coach) Don Saladino, and got absolutely shredded for his role as Winter Soldier in the new Disney+ Series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier – and now we’re moving into making sure you get ALL the big updates.
We’ve also seen Michael B. Jordan’s favorite calisthenics workout (with a bonus circuit attached), and even a circuit he utilized for his role in “Without Remorse” that both come through his training with coach Corey Calliet.
So feel free to mix and match those with this workout he used to become Killmonger!
