We’ve been getting more requests to see some Black Clover characters here at SHJ after having only seen our original Asta Inspired Workout.
We started by seeing our new Yami Inspired Workout and now we’re going to get a new Asta Inspired Circuit with this one to lead into some more.
The next on the list, spoiler alert, is actually going to be Mereoleona Vermillion who we just saw in our article covering The Most Powerful Female Anime Characters of All Time, but she definitely won’t be the last.
Hopefully we can add enough Black Clover Workouts to our Anime Workouts Database that we can end up with a mini database for it and even a Workout Placement Quiz.
When we saw characters with weapons like Gon and Killua it was easy to sub their yo-yo and fishing pole for a rope, and even Captain America’s shield for a plate, Thor’s hammer for a kettlebell – but for Asta and characters like Tanjiro and Ichigo we have to just keep in mind we’ll need to have the intensity and strength to weild the sword!

But before we get too far ahead of ourselves, I do want to talk about why we’re not breaking down Asta’s powers and abilities here in this one.
In our original workout we talked about his powers and abilities, so for this one we’re jumping right into a high intensity jump rope circuit that allows us unleash our inner Asta – but within a quick, repeatable, super intense routine.
The Asta Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
