Armin is coming in as our fourth Attack On Titan Inspired Workout this week, and I don’t think they’re going to be slowing down anytime soon.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Armin here, though. Which means we’ll actually be skipping through some sections we normally see in our Anime Workouts Database and getting right into some intensity.

We learned that one of Armin’s biggest strengths is his intelligence.
We also know that he has the power of the Colossus Titan.
That being said: we’re still going to be sticking to calisthenics for this one and training around Armin and the vertical maneuvering equipment.
We WILL step up the intensity considering Armin is an extremely popular and powerful character overall – but all while keeping it in theme with HIS character – so get ready.
The Armin Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
