And I’m loving every second of it.
With Melton joining the list we have now seen KJ Apa, Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes, and Cole Sprouse.
I might even keep it going.
Well, being that the SHJ Army is loving it as much as I am.
Charles Melton is buddies with KJ Apa, who is also workout partners with Cole Sprouse, so we have a bit of a love-fitness-triangle going on. But we’ll talk about that more in the workout routine research section.
Charles Melton Stats:
Height: 5’11
Weight: (approximate) 160 lbs
Age: 27 years old
Like Cole Sprouse, Charles Melton is JUST off being in the average height we see among male celebs on the site.
I suppose he’s right in the middle area with guys like Josh Brolin, Matt Damon, Jason Statham, Michael Rooker, and a few others.
He’s not quite the shorter range we’ve seen like Zac Efron, Mark Wahlberg, Kit Harington, Tom Holland, Daniel Radcliffe, and a ton of others, but also not in that average height range.
The average height falls in the range of 6’1-6’3 with celebs like Chris Pratt, Chris Hemsworth, Hugh Jackman, Chris Evans, Adam Driver, Stephen Amell, Clive Standen and so many more.
Even taller than them are guys like The Mountain, Dwayne Johnson, Joe Manganiello, Ben Affleck, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Winston Duke, Alexander Skarsgard and a few others.
But, don’t worry either way.

Charles Melton Diet and Nutrition
Like many of the other celebrities we’ve seen, Charles Melton seems to keep his diet pretty flexible.
That being said, he is a pretty slim model and keeps his figure pretty chiseled.
His diet remains pretty clean, but he isn’t doing anything out of this world to achieve it.
He knows how to adjust to be able to sustain it.
That’s what we strive for at SHJ: sustainability.

We’ve even seen Melton’s good buddy and co-star KJ Apa chugging down a box of cereal in his infamous six pack picture on the site.
It’s okay to utilize a nice 80/20 method when dieting.
Be solid and stick to your guidelines 80% of the time and know it’s okay to splurge (as long as you’re prepared for it…) the other 20%.
I like utilizing intermittent fasting as one of my main tools to be able to do this, like we’ve seen guys like Hugh Jackman and Terry Crews use.
From there I add in calorie counting methods like we use in our new Superhero Programs, but have utilized cyclical ketosis in the past to drop over 50 lbs!

Charles Melton Workout Routine Research
So let’s get back to our love-workout-triangle.
Charles Melton does train alone, and with other friend celebs, but he also has been seem training with KJ Apa on numerous occasions.
Oh, but before I get into anything else, I’d like to share Charles Melton’s “Dos and Don’ts” at the gym:
