First we saw Robbie Amell’s home workout and now it’s time for King Bach’s workout routine.
Both stars have been in The Babysitter and When We First Met together.
Luckily for us, they also both shared home workout routines for us to utilize.
If you don’t recognize King Bach, AKA Andrew Bachelor, he is originally famous from Vine, but has since been in The Babysitter, When We First Met, Rim of The World, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, and more!
He also has nearly twenty million followers on Instagram.
He’s kind of a big deal.
And now we get to train like him.
King Bach Stats:
Height: 5’8
Weight: (approximate) 160 lbs.
Age: 31 years old
King Bach is actually quite short.
He even falls among the range of the shortest men we’ve seen at SHJ.
The average height falls in the range of 6’1-6’3 with celebs like Chris Pratt, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Adam Driver, Stephen Amell, Clive Standen and so many more.
Guys around 5’10-6’0 are dudes like Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and Jason Statham, but the ACTUAL shorter range is filled with guys like Mark Wahlberg, Zac Efron, Kit Harington, Tom Holland and more.
Even taller than them are guys like The Mountain, Joe Manganiello, Ben Affleck, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Winston Duke, Alexander Skarsgard and a few others.
But, don’t worry either way.
We write these routines to be utilized by any shape and size.

King Bach Diet and Nutrition
From what I was able to find digging through sources: King Bach does not seem to be on any kind of diet.
He tweeted:
I’m on a diet only eating 2 meals a day. First meal, McDonalds.
And judging by the responses he was giving to the comments made: he wasn’t kidding.
It’s likely via his daily activity and regular eating he can get away with eating just about whatever he wants.
Basically, he eats what he wants, trains hard, stays active, and is able to sustain it.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.
That’s why our Academy Nutrition Classes (Monks, Minimalists, SuperHumans, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Greek Gods, Samurais, Carnivores, & Eat Fat, Lose Fat) revolve around helping you find the specific diet that is right FOR YOU.
Of course, there are a lot of reasons to HAVE the strict guidelines.
We’ve also seen a lot of celebs opt for specific restrictions.Â
For example: Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hopper, and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting(something I use daily as well), Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.
You can check out our Nutrition Pillars for more information and articles on all of the above and more.

King Bach Workout Routine Research
For the sake of this article I will be sharing a specific workout routine that King Bach shared with Men’s Health that he is currently utilizing from home.
He refers to it as a “No Equipment Boxing Workout”.
That being said, I do want to share some other information I have found while doing some research on Bachelor’s overall training regime.
There are a couple videos out there of Bach training in a gym from either his Vines or social media posts (or both), and you can tell his training style is somewhat typical weight lifting and gym training.
For that, you can definitely check out The Workout Database and find tons of different workouts that fit that style.
I also found a workout routine that Bach did with Complex.
He trains with Emily Oberg, and they do their workout in a CrossFit style gym, following a circuit style routine.
You can check out the full video here if you’d like.
But, like I said, we’re lucky enough to have a workout routine that King Bach is specifically sharing of himself right from his home!
He does say in the video:
“Now normally I am in a boxing gym doing cardio and strength training.”
As he talks about his typical workout routine while leading up to the training style I will be sharing.
So keep that in mind when trying to full embody the King Bach workout!
