SCALING ADVICE AND BEST USE OF JUMP ROPE CIRCUIT WORKOUTS:
TIP NUMBER ONE:
You can scale movements you don't have access to.
(Ex: Barbell Back Squat -> DB or KB Goblet Squat)
TIP NUMBER TWO:
You can scale the rounds down to 3-5 depending on your fitness level
We generally recommend:
3 Rounds for Beginners
4 Rounds for Intermediate Lifters
5 Rounds for Advanced Superhumans
TIP NUMBER THREE:
You can scale jump rope to jumping jacks (or double unders to 3x as many jump rope/jumping jacks as programmed), high knees or toe taps onto a kettlebell, stair or dumbbell.
TIP NUMBER FOUR:
