We started with Vegeta to counter our Goku Inspired Jump Rope Workout yesterday and now we’re onto All Might to do the same for our Deku Inspired Jump Rope Workout.
A couple weeks ago Goku and Deku were the first two anime characters that were added to our Jump Rope Workouts Database after having seen strictly Marvel and DC Characters as inspiration.
All Might quickly soared through the ranks of fan favorites here at SHJ among anime characters, but Deku actually surpassed him (I mean, that couldn’t be more perfect, right?) and became to top utilized anime workout on the entire site.
BUT, All Might was one of our Top Character Workouts at SHJ for a LONG time.
Don’t have a jump rope!?
Here’s my list of the Top 5 Jump Ropes and Speed Ropes for Every Fitness Level.
That being said, we have had A LOT of different My Hero Academia inspired workouts show up at SHJ.
We may not have a mini-database like we do for DBZ, but we’re getting there pretty quickly.
Here are a few that go hand-in-hand with All Might:
- All Might Workout Routine (Original)
- Gran Torino Workout Routine
- Nana Shimura Workout Routine
- All For One Workout Routine
And, of course, we also have our Top Ten My Hero Academia Workout Routines listicle as well for you guys to go through and see some more MHA character inspiration.
Now for our regular character inspired workouts we’d break down the entire entire list of powers and abilities for that character (in this case All Might), but for this one, especially because we’ve already done that for All Might, we’ll be skipping that step and strictly talking about how we’ll be building this routine.
While we’d normally incorporate a mix of calisthenics and weights (or sometimes even just calisthenics), for this one I’ll be strictly utilizing lifts that you’ll want to lift HEAVY weight for!
We’re talking about All Might here, so while we are going to be shredding down with the jump rope sessions, and also in turn working on that super All Might endurance and high intensity, we’ll be using our heavy weight training to build All Might-like strength.
For this we’ll be utilizing the same set of heavy dumbbells to make it nice and easy for you.

Training Volume:
One Workout
(To Be Repeated)
Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
