Okay, so I’m stoked for Zazie as Domino.
Don’t pretend you’re not!
Although Zazie Beetz is a fairly new face to Hollywood, appearing in the film Applesauce, the hit TV show Atlanta, and some others – I think she’s going to fit right in alongside Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool and Josh Brolin’s Cable.
But, ay, everyone’s open to their opinions, right?
Either way, I’m sure all of you are in agreement that Zazie Beetz rocks a kill physique.

Zazie Beetz Diet and Nutrition
There’s not much out there about Zazie Beetz diet and nutrition, so for this one we’ll have to go straight to the SHJ style!
But, hey, some would say that’s the best way!
Beetz has an incredible physique, so it’s likely she’s eating healthy to match the workouts she’s been put through for Deadpool 2.
That being said, we know here at SHJ: sustainability is absolutely essential. So, while I’m going to suggest intermittent fasting, and other pieces found within our nutrition pillars, it’s going to be your job to pick the right ones for you!
Similar to our Nutritional Classes (Vikings, Monks, Hunter Gatherers, Spartans, Samurais, Minimalists) within The Academy, our diets should revolve around exactly what each specific person needs to sustain it and utilize it to a full potential.

Zazie Beetz Workout Routine Research
While training for Deadpool 2 Zazie Beetz workout routine was done with celeb coach Don Saladino (who I’ll show below).
IB Times tells us in an interview with Zazie Beetz:
The “Deadpool 2” star is adjusting her exercise regimen before she starts learning fight choreography. “I’m doing strength conditioning, so that’s like working out everyday, which has been really hard,” Zazie laughed to IBT. “But it’s also really good. It’s amazing how fast your body adjusts and changes and the stuff I’m lifting is already heavier and recovering better.”
A bit further into the article they go on to say:
She explained that the workouts are really to make sure that she can handle doing fight scenes all day once filming for the Ryan Reynolds action flick begins in late June. “I’m going to be shooting guns, I fight and a lot of that movement is full body and physical,” Zazie said. “You’re doing that for 12 hours a day and they just want you to have the stamina.”
Sounds to me like it’s a lot more fun than she makes it out to be!
And no, we will not be incorporating gun shooting in this routine!

Zazie Beetz Workout Routine
Training Volume:
3-5 days per week
Explanation:
Zazie Beetz mentioned the fact that she was basically working out everyday for her role. We have to remember the timeline she was on when preparing, though. For that reason, you can utilize 3-5 days of which I’ll program for you. Three of the days will be the style training she utilized with her trainer, and two days will be cardio and activity days.
