Lena Headey is absolutely incredible, and without getting into any spoilers, I will say that I can see how you’d have a hard time considering her your Queen.
Although Leonidas would definitely be upset to hear if you don’t….

She’s taller than Scarlett Johansson, Emilia Clarke, and Natalie Portman, but shorter than women like Gal Gadot, Zendaya, Jennifer Lawrence, and Sophie Turner.

Oh, fun fact for Lena Headey….here’s what she said when asked what super power she would want:
What would your super power be?
Every time I took a sip of coffee, someone would magically get what they needed to make life OK. I drink a lot of coffee. Oh, and I’d like to fly.
I found it most fitting to include it here being that coffee is something that we definitely talk about at SHJ, right?
Headey sports a natural looking woman’s physique, and in interviews I found that she definitely doesn’t lean towards making too many sacrifices in her diet.
She eats healthy, natural food and stays clear of anything artificially flavored or “man-made”.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.

Lena Headey definitely enjoys the fun things in life.
She is a huge fan of boxing and yoga…shout-out to our new Bonus Path in The Academy, The Jedi Path, which focuses on Yoga and Meditation!
And, let’s not forget our Fighter Path (Deadpool / Harley) that was made for us by Coach Derek.
But, for the most part, Lena Headey utilizes fun activity in combination with yoga and boxing.
So, in order to write you guys up a routine, we’re also going to utilize the training she did for the movie 300 (and 300: Rise of an Empire) as well.

Training Volume:
3-5 days
Explanation:
Lena Headey utilizes mostly yoga and boxing – but she has also taken part in training for the 300 movies as well. Â I’m going to give you the programming that she used for the movies, as well as multiple days to incorporate boxing and yoga on your own.

Day One: Spartan Training
Warm Up
10-30 min of yoga or stretching
Workout
Row 10 minutes: easy pace
Two rounds of the following with 2-3min rest between rounds:
Lunge 10m forward
Lunge 10m backward
10m of 5sec plank + broad jump Lunge 10m forward
Lunge 10m backward
Three rounds of:
10m dumbbell bear crawl with one-arm row in each ‘step’ using 5kg dumbbells
Three rounds of the following with 1min rest between rounds:
10x ball slam (5kg ball) and lateral jump over parallette
20m bear crawl
Then:
20x step-up (10 each side) on 25cm box
Five rounds of the following with 30sec rest between rounds:
Box jumps on 45cm box – 30sec
Step-ups on 45cm – 1 min
Day Two: Boxing and Yoga
Utilize the Jedi Path for some yoga, or take a class, or even use YouTube.
