It’s a DBZ week….or two…
And we’re training like Super Saiyans!
First we saw One Punch Man and Mikasa Ackerman and everyone loved it. Then we saw All Might and Erza Scarlet and everyone loved it.
And now we’ve made our way to Dragon Ball Z and we have a good handful of characters to go through; including Goku and Caulifla!
As always, please don’t forget to comment your suggestions.
I have a bunch of celebrities and characters queued up that I am planning on getting to, but I always need more!
Caulifla Stats:
Height: 4’8
Weight: (approximate) 110 lbs.
Real Name: Caulifla
Powers: Yes (Saiyan)
Caulifla is the shortest character we’ve seen.
Yes, even shorter than Supergirl and Erza Scarlet!
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and now Caulifla at 4’8!
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mystique and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Harley Quinn.
And, the tallest we’ve seen is Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero!

Caulifla Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like The Hulk may get something specifically different).**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Hugh Jackman and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting daily, and I also use it myself in conjunction with cyclical ketosis.
That being said, I also recommend tracking and paying attention to protein intake.
BUT, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, Superhumans) to allow you to choose what is right for YOU!
Oh, and if you’re down with calorie counting instead, that’s always an option as well. It’s just important to be aware of specific rules and precision while counting.

Caulifla Workout Routine Research
Many of you are probably already thinking what I’m going to say next.
We’ve now reached what I like to call “the fun part” of the article.
This is where I get to tell you the “why” and “how” of building the routine, based on the character’s, in this case Caulifla’s, powers and abilities.
Let’s do this.
Caulifla’s Hero Wiki tells us this for her powers and abilities list:
- Creating blasts of energy
- Super strength
- Extremely high power level
- Superhuman abilities
- Energy attacks
- Super Saiyan transformations
And her Super Saiyan transformation makes her the first female Super Saiyan on in DBZ!
It gets even more interesting.
Her Wiki says:
Caulifla attains this form during her lesson with Cabba. Showing an instinctual nature for it, she is able to do so without a strong emotion unlike most initial Super Saiyan transformations. Instead she attained it by concentrating her energy into the part of the back between the shoulder blades. Caulifla is able to maintain the form after only two attempts. Because she obtained this form without emotional build-up, it is likely that she does not suffer from any strain mentally or physical from using this form and as such can access its full power for long durations.
So basically she’s a badass.
Which means we’re going to have to train like one in order to be more like her.
