This one isn’t going to be quite like the other listicles we’ve been seeing at SHJ.
We’ve been seeing more and more listicles to better help The SHJ Army navigate the constantly growing Workout Database, and this one is coming in to allow us to have a bit of fun during the release of Umbrella Academy Season Two.
For those of you who are catching up on Season One, or not quite binging Season Two, don’t worry: there are no spoilers in this article or ANY of the workout routines shared below.
That being said, while I would normally give you a full breakdown on how I’m ordering the listicle, this one is quite simple.
This is not based on effectiveness as much as it’s based on popularity and what I believe is the most fun and relevant right now.
You can also check out article on fitness gear and supplements, our full Resources page, and even our Nutrition Pillars; among other things.
But, for the sake of our listicles, I’ll share a few others we’ve seen recently (or that are relevant).
Some of our recent listicles revolves around things like:
- Top Ten My Hero Academia Inspired Workouts
- The Avengers Celebrity and Character Workouts
- Top Ten Young Justice Character Workouts
- Top Superhero, Anime, Video Games and Character Workouts EVER on SHJ
- Top Ten Male Celeb Workout Routines
Number One: Tom Hopper Workout
Number one on the list should come at no surprise.
Tom Hopper’s workout routine was immediately the top requested workout after season one of The Umbrella Academy; more than likely occurring right after he was seen shirtless.
Tom Hopper, who plays Spaceboy, or Luther Hargreeves in the show, has super strength in the show; and his workout routine is definitely one that can get you there as well.
This workout revolves around a nice mix of circuit style training and weight lifting to give you a perfect pairing to get you shredded and STRONG and make you a well rounded superhero.
You can check out the Tom Hopper Workout Routine and Diet Plan here.
Number Two: Diego Hargreeves Workout
Number Two on the list might actually come as a surprise for some people…
Not only is this not a celebrity workout, but it’s also a character that you may not immediately think of as a priority for a workout routine.
That being said, Diego Hargreeves powers and abilities (especially in the show) are actually quite perfect for the way we like to train.
This workout is built around parkour, calisthenics and mixed martial arts and can be done entirely from your house.
We pair intensity, as you’ll see with Diego’s character, with high volume calisthenics training that is sure to get you Superhero Jacked!
You can check out the Diego Hargreeves Workout Routine and Diet Plan here.
Number Three: Luther Hargreeves Workout
Number Three on the list is all about Super-Strength.
While Tom Hopper’s workout routine will get you strong, strength is not the priority.
Our Luther Hargreeves workout on the other hand is all about strength and size, built entirely around a 5×5 and accessory work style of training.
If your goal is to tack on mass and gain weight in the form of muscle, while getting stronger (if that part wasn’t an obvious addition), then this is the routine for you.
You can check out the Luther Workout Routine and Diet Plan here.
Number Four: Hazel & Cha Cha Workout
How could we not have our favorite pair of Hitmen?
Hazel and Cha Cha as a duo are somehow quite easy to love and hate at times, but regardless of the side they take: they are also especially strong characters in the form of their abilities.
Some people even think they might be superhumans considering what they’re capable of doing in Season One.
That being said, this one is a great workout full of supersets and a training style to increase your strength and endurance and get your ready to let out your inner Hitman training as well.
You can check out the Hazel & Cha Cha Umbrella Academy Workout Routine and Diet Plan here.
Number Five: Tom Hopper Home Workout
Have you had enough of Tom Hopper yet?
So we’ve had a Tom Hopper Workout, a Luther Workout, and now a HOME-BASED Tom Hopper Workout.
This is really the only reason this one comes in at number five on the list, other than the fact that the other routines are full weekly spreads, where-as this is a circuit you can continuously utilize.
Tom Hopper shared this while in self-quarantine for fans to take on, and we did just that on our YouTube Channel. It was NOT easy.
You can check out the Tom Hopper Home Workout Routine and Diet Plan here.
That’s a wrap.
Remember that all these routines should be paired with our Nutrition Pillars; and you can even check out our article on The Top Diets Used Among Celebrities as well.
If you need extra help creating your plan you should also check out our Superhero Academy and our SHJ Legacy Program (here’s the differences between the two).
Either way, get out there and begin unleashing your inner superhuman!
