Who’s excited for Dune?
I know I am.
Taking a look at the insane casting I noticed we have a handful of celebrities featured here on the site, and quite frankly it’s because they’re freakin’ JACKED!
Luckily for us we just saw our fifth celebrity workout from Dune this week which enabled me to be able to put together this awesome listicle.
Being that you guys have been enjoying our listicles so much I’ve been trying to prioritize a handful each week because I know it really helps to find workouts you may miss within our Workout Database.
Especially now that we’re quickly moving in on 1,000 workouts….!
This list isn’t in any specific order outside the order I think you guys will make the most use out of these celebrity routines and the research I was able to find from each; so with a slight bias towards some of the top workouts and celebrities, it’s good that I really, truly love all of the ones on this list and know they’re all great workouts.
But, before I go on about anymore awesomeness that we’re about to see, we’ll just get right into it.
TOP FIVE DUNE CELEBRITY WORKOUTS
Number One: Jason Momoa
The man, the myth, the legend.
Our Aquaman, Conan The Barbarian and Khal Drago!
We’ve actually seen multiple workout routines from Jason Momoa, starting with his Conan workout, but we’ve also had his Aquaman.
You can read through both of them separately with The Jason Momoa Conan Workout Routine or The Jason Momoa Aquaman Workout Routine OR get the full breakdown with his diet and both workouts within our original Jason Momoa Workout Routine and Diet Plan article.
We love his training methods so much we’ve even done weekly workout videos training exactly like him on YouTube!
You can check out the Jason Momao Workout here.
Number Two: Dave Bautista
Next up on the list is one of our biggest celebrities.
I always use Dave Bautista, Dwayne Johnson and even The Mountain as my go to examples for THE BIG Superhero Physique.
It’s definitely different than our typical Superhero Physique that we shoot for within our Superhuman System, but there is a good percentage of people who still would love to get this type of aesthetic.
I actually discuss this a lot in an article I did when COVID came in a big wave and closed gyms that I titled: Maintaining Muscle During Program Changes and Lifting Breaks.
But, either way this heavy lifting program you’ll be looking to tack on mass!
You can check out the Dave Bautisa Workout here.
Number Three: Josh Brolin
Josh Brolin got JACKED for his role as Cable in Deadpool 2.
Not only did he tone and bulk up his entire aesthetic but he also came in absolutely shredded.
I personally love this routine and thought about putting it first, but I felt the fact that Jason Momoa had multiple workouts that The SHJ Army loves and Bautista brings the other side of The Superhero Physique into the picture made it okay to bring Brolin’s in at number three.
Ironically enough Bautista actually saw Brolin training at Golds Gym in California and tagged him on social media at the time of his intense training to let him know he was looking JACKED!
You can check out the Josh Brolin Workout here.
Number Four: Zendaya
And now for our only female routine!
Zendaya has a toned physique and slim and aesthetic abs.
From Spider-Man’s MJ to Euphoria and her other roles, Zendaya brings in an aesthetic that had all our SHJ Army females requesting her workout!
This routine works to achieve Zendaya’s overall aesthetic with movements that are easily scalable for any fitness level.
You can check out the Zendaya Workout here.
Number Five: Oscar Isaac
Next up is our newest celebrity routine!
Oscar Isaac went from Ex Machina and X-Men: Apocalypse and moved into Star Wars, and soon to be Moon Knight and Dune!
Isaac’s routine is mainly weightlifting right now but we will be updating it as more information comes out for his Moon Knight and Dune training style.
For the routine we had information for what he utilized to get ready for his role in Ex Machina!
You can check out the Oscar Isaac Workout Routine here.
That’s a wrap.
As always, remember that all these diets and routines should be paired with our Nutrition Pillars; and you can even check out our article on The Top Diets Used Among Celebrities as well.
