As I mentioned in our last (and first ever) recipe listicle: in our SHJ Nutrition System we revolve our diet around calories and protein intake.
This enables us to have what we consider “free calories” that are used for our indulgences and cheat meals.
That listicle I make mention to above was actually Five Easy Protein Shakes for Easy Daily Protein Intake, and in my opinion it’s a must for anyone who struggles to hit their protein goals.
In this listicle I wanted to go to the opposite side of the spectrum for our nutrition goals and hit the low calorie end.
I do sneak in a couple that are also high in protein, but it’s great to have both in your arsenal when dieting around these pillars.
And, seeing as how much you guys loved the last listicle I assume we’ll be seeing many more as our Healthy Recipe Database continues to grow on a weekly basis.
That, and the fact that you guys have been doing an incredible job utilizing the mix of the recipes with our (also new) Celeb Diet Plan Database makes my job super easy.
All I have to do is provide the awesome content…
