Last week we added some more Jujutsu Kaisen Inspired Workouts to our list and we are now lucky enough to have a mini-database full of them.
That being said: it’s been a while since we saw the one and only Satoru Gojo, so I thought it was about time we revisited him!
If you’ve been living under a rock you may not know that Satoru Gojo is the strongest character on the show; and we even ranked all The Most Powerful Jujutsu Kaisen Characters here at SHJ to prove it.
I’ll eventually want to get some more variations into his training, like potentially seeing a calisthenics workout routine for him – but for now his addition to our Jump Rope Workouts Database is the perfect spot to amplify the intensity and train like Gojo!
It’s also perfect because I know you guys wanted another take on him ASAP…

But, before we zoom through into the workout I do want to mention that just because we now have a Jujutsu Kaisen mini-database doesn’t mean I don’t like giving you a list of some of my favorites!

I’ll admit I do have a soft spot for Aoi Todo as he is one of my favorite Jujutsu Kaisen characters and reminds me of Master Roshi and Jiraiya!
His workout is still one of my favorites, though – don’t worry.
For this one, though, we’ve obviously already broken down Satoru Gojo’s powers and abilities in his main routine – but I do want to reiterate the fact that he is the most powerful overall character and jujutsu sorcerer.
For that reason we’ll be stepping up the intensity and hitting a bit of a full body workout that will have you leveling up your strength, speed and overall stamina!

The Satoru Gojo Inspired Jump Rope Workout
Training Volume:

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
