Next up on the list this week is another look at Itachi Uchiha’s workout!
We recently featured our original Itachi Uchiha Workout and it was a HUGE success with The SHJ Army.
His original workout routine that you guys loved so much was actually in preparation of our Top Ten Naruto Workouts at SHJ.
We had already seen our Sasuke Workout and many other Naruto themed workouts flooding our Anime Workout Database, but you guys made it VERY clear you wanted Itachi!
So much so that now we’re here seeing a second iteration before we’ve seen MANY other anime characters that we still have plans for here at SHJ.

That sounds like a Itachi thing to do, right?
Naruto characters may not be as popular as My Hero Academia and Dragon Ball Z when it comes to there workout routines we use their characters as inspiration for, BUT it still topped our Most Popular Anime of All Time listicle recently, which was based on Ranker votes.
Regardless of whether or not you can jump rope, you can still use this workout.
Not only can you scale the skips, but you could also pick up a ropeless jump rope and take advantage of these Jump Rope Workouts that way as well!
But alright, rope or not, here we go.
The Itachi Uchiha Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
