Next up on the list for our Jump Rope Workouts Database is another one to add to our Seven Deadly Sins Inspired Workouts.
Soon we’ll even have enough SDS characters to have our own mini-workout database for them within our larger Anime Workouts Database.
From there I’ll even make us a Workout Placement Quiz for all our SDS characters so it makes it nice and easy to find the best workout specifically for you.
Similar to our Natsu Dragneel Inspired Jump Rope Workout we’re going to be working around a ripped physique for this one in order to get a Meliodas aesthetic.
And if you guys like this one another we’ll at more SDS to our database, but first we may need to hit all the Sins!

One thing I do want to mention is the fact that we will obviously be keeping Meliodas powers and abilities in mind for this one, but for the most part we’re looking to tack on this circuit into an existing routine to step up our intensity level and work towards superhuman status and the shredded Mel physique.
So, don’t expect it to be too easy.
We’re going to be working with high intensity and volume all mixed in with both heavy reps and calisthenics.
The Meliodas Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
