Robin Wright is AGELESS.
She’s been a Goddess her whole life, and now she’s adding warrior General to the list.
Whether you know her from House of Cards, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Wonder Woman, or even The Princess Bride from 1987: you will know that she has stayed toned and gorgeous throughout.
Also, Wright is awesome enough to put out a good portion of her routines, dietary guidelines and interviews for us to utilize.
Wonder Woman was absolutely incredible – and Robin Wright’s General Antiope definitely did not let us down.
Oh, and apparently we’ll be seeing an appearance from her in Justice League!
Robin Wright Stats:
Height: 5’6
Weight: (approximate) 132 lbs.
Age: 51 years old
51 years old makes Wright one of the oldest women we’ve seen at SHJ, right there with Halle Berry.
She also struts a physique right around the average height, right around the range of Emily Bett Rickards, Olivia Munn, Katie Cassidy and Caity Lotz.
She’s below co-star Gal Gadot, Sophie Turner, and Jennifer Lawrence, but still standing above Natalie Portman, Emilia Clarke and Scarlett Johansson.
But hey, don’t worry, this routine will be ready for anyone and everyone to utilize (regardless of height and weight).

Robin Wright Diet and Nutrition
Robin Wright is used to portraying her lean and gorgeous physique, but for Wonder Woman she was put on a new diet that involved tons of calories and even weight gain powder!
In an interview with ET Online, Wright states:
“We were trying to do 2-3,000 calories a day: raw oats in smoothies with avocado, whole milk and weight-gain powder, three times a day.”
She discusses her caloric intake when making reference to:
We would do horse riding for an hour, then drive from the stable to the studio and do weight training for an hour — heavy weights and short reps to build size quickly,
But, obviously this is much different than her normal style of eating. I would definitely recommend something more sustainable for looking like the beautiful Robin Wright.
The first step is checking out the SHJ Nutrition Pillars and then deciding on a specific diet from there that you might even be able to use in conjunction with intermittent fasting.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.
That’s why our Academy Nutrition Classes (Monks, Minimalists, SuperHumans, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Greek Gods, Samurais, & Eat Fat, Lose Fat) revolve around helping you find the specific diet that is right FOR YOU.
Of course, there are a lot of reasons to HAVE the strict guidelines.
We’ve seen a lot of celebs opt for specific restrictions.
For example: Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hopper, and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting(something I use daily as well), Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.
You can check out our Nutrition Pillars for more information and articles on all of the above and more.

Robin Wright Workout Routine Research
In the same interview with ET Online they tell us this:
Wright admits that her co-stars’ workouts were even more strenuous. “I only got five weeks [of it] because I was on House of Cards and I didn’t do half of what the other girls did, because my body wouldn’t go there,” she notes. “So I kind of became Mama General: ‘Good girls, go, 15 more!’ We were doing horseback riding in the morning, learning how to canter with sheathes and arrows…”
Wright trained with a couple of CrossFit athletes that show off the physique of Goddesses as well, but their style of training has had them in this shape for quite some time now (which is how they were found)!
But, it’s okay, because we’re mainly looking to get in a sustainable Wright physique, more-so than just train strictly like her Wonder Woman specific workout.
In an interview with EN Starz Wright talks about her running for House of Cards and fitness:
“I ran on the beach this morning,” Wright said. “Running gets everything done, doesn’t it? Covers it all.”
This is something Wright has been utilizing for quite some time, and definitely something that you will find in her workout.
In an interview with Grace Lazenby, who trained with Robin Wright for some time (prior to Wonder Woman), Lazenby tells Vogue:
The class includes elements of barre work and pole dancing, and lots of muscle-lengthening yoga moves. “You can love SoulCycle,” explains Lazenby. “But you can’t go to SoulCycle five times a week and do squats and lunges and expect to go on camera, ever.”
This quote gives us some insight to the fact that Wright also utilizes yoga movements, and other strengthening and toning positions that we otherwise might have missed in programming.
