Yes, that title says Star Wars in it. Â She’ll be joining Daisy Ridley and Natalie Portman in the badass Star Wars girl category.
For those of you who didn’t know, not only is Emilia Clarke Khaleesi, and Sarah Connor in Terminator, but she’s also casted in the (Currently Untitled) Han Solo movie that will release.
But, I guess if I’m giving a shout out to the Star Wars ladies, it’s only fair if I mention the Game of Thrones men she shares the screen with! Â Jason Momoa is going from Khal Drogo to Aquaman, and Kit Harington, possibly her….uh spoiler…forget it.

Height: 5’2
Weight: (approximate) 115 lbs.
Age: 30
Emilia Clarke is one of the shortest women we’ve seen at SHJ.
Which means I still have a chance with the Mother of Dragons…oh wait…
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
And, let’s not forget the shorter ladies of SHJ like Ariana Grande, Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Emilia Clarke, Lucy Hale, Julianne Hough and a good handful of others.
But, either way, don’t worry.

Emilia Clarke Diet and Nutrition
Did I mention Clarke was named Esquire’s Sexiest Women Alive in 2015?
That’s quite the accomplishment, and training and eating right is definitely part of it.
Here’s some quotes on what the actress has to say about her diet:
“I have not been allowed to eat anything that might taste good at all.”
And she continues in the interview with WomensHealthMag with:
“Everything on these plates looks amazing, but heartbreakingly, I’m not allowed to eat any of it. … Not one thing on this table. Except a cup of tea. One cup of tea. No sugar. No cream.”
So, she uses some extremities to get the body she wants, but we know plenty of ways to make carb cutting (keto-like) and calorie deficiency sustainable!
Right?
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.

Emilia Clarke is kicking ass and taking numbers.
Wait…that’s not how it goes..
The sexy celebrity revealed that she used typical weightlifting techniques in conjunction with kickboxing, calisthenics cardio and other training methods when prepping for her roles.
In particular she talks about her Terminator prep.
Here’s what Emilia Clarke had to say about her workout in an interview with EOnline:
“I’ve been spending all day, every day, in weapons training. Â I’ve been shooting guns, weightlifting, kickboxing, and generally kicking a lot of ass.”
We like kicking a lot of ass…
And, all those other things she named…
Well, we probably won’t be able to incorporate weapons training, but we can definitely do weightlifting, kickboxing, and kicking a lot of ass into the routine!
