The physique behind the many faces.
Hopefully, if you’re an Orphan Black fan you can appreciate that title.
And, if not, you can at the very least appreciate the physique of Tatiana Maslany!
Maslany is the actress who plays in Orphan Black and manages to put on multiple faces in incredible fashion.
With that, there’s tons of women out there who would love to look like Maslany. Proof of which comes from the amount of times she’s been requested for SHJ!
Tatiana Maslany Stats:
Height: 5’4
Weight: (approximate) 120 lbs.
Age: 32 years old
Maslany is right there with Olivia Munn and Alicia Vikander standing in at that 5’4-5’5 range which is right below the average we see for women at SHJ.
That 5’6 range is strut by ladies like Margot Robbie, Jennifer Aniston, Katie Cassidy, and more.
Even slightly below Maslany is women like Natalie Portman, Emilia Clarke, and Scarlett Johansson.
While the opposite end of the spectrum we have Gal Gadot, Sophie Turner, Zendaya, and Jennifer Lawrence coming in as some of the tallest.
Don’t worry either way though, this routine will be made for anyone and everyone.

Tatiana Maslany Diet and Nutrition
Tatiana Maslany has had many interviews, and I want to bring a bunch of them into this article, but she also tends to live a bit of an incognito life up in the Toronto area.
That being said, there weren’t any interviews or quotes in which Maslany mentions a specific diet plan that she needed to use for Orphan Black – which is probably because she’s coming in with her normal routine and diet and showing off her everyday physique.
Don’t worry, though!
I’ll still be creating a bit of a plan for you to look like Maslany!
As you know, one of the main nutrition guidelines we use here at SHJ is intermittent fasting and/or keto fasting in conjunction with a bunch of other guidelines that you can swap in or out.
We have used this template to amazing success with our SHJ Army, and continue to use it within our Nutrition Classes (Vikings, Samurais, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Minimalists) within The Academy.
We love sustainability, and strive to hit it wherever we can.
You want to keep your Maslany physique, don’t you!?

Tatiana Maslany on Body Shaming
Normally we stick to the same structure within our celebrity routine articles, but sometimes it’s good to add some new information as well.
Like Grant Gustin, our Flash actor, Tatiana Maslany is making a stand against body shaming.
I promise we’ll get into our workout routine research, and I’ll get you the full routine as well, but I’d first like to give you some interview snippets of Maslany speaking out about this topic.
Here’s a piece of her interview with Elle:
“I’ll never understand that,” Maslany tells Elle. “I’ll never, never understand why people think it’s their business to comment on other people’s bodies.”
“I go to a spa in L.A. sometimes, a Korean day spa, and all the women there are nude,” she says. “And I’ve never felt so in love with the human form as when I’m walking around and seeing all those bodies, thinking, ‘Oh my god, we’re all just built so differently.’ And every single body is beautiful.”
“I will never understand that shame, and the reinforcement of that shame,” she continues. “It’s crazy.”
The interview goes on into this:
“[Sexuality] is so much more complex than our boobs,” Maslany says. “My sexuality isn’t me as an object to be looked at. It’s the way I say ‘hello’ to somebody, the way I sit with somebody.”
“A body is just a body,” she continues. “But we’re really afraid of bodies. They hold a lot of power – I think that’s why people can try to shame them so easily, because they are so powerful.”
“Guys aren’t supposed to have shame about their bodies,” Maslany says. “They’re just supposed to be strong, and if they’re not, they’re not a man. But so many of my guy friends struggle with the same things we do as women.”
And, I realize these are long quotes, but I think it’s a topic that needs to be stressed and touched upon, and when I see these celebrities speaking out about it, I want to do my best to zone in on that and let people know that SHJ is in support.
If you, or anyone you know needs help, the SHJ Army and I are here for you.
Tatiana Maslany Workout Routine Research
Like many of the other actresses we’ve seen at SHJ, Maslany utilizes a pretty basic training regime. She’s unlike celebs such as Alicia Vikander and Emilia Clarke (and others) that worked with personal trainers to get in shape for their roles – and sticks to the basics.
One thing that I was able to find within some of her interviews is:
Tatiana stays fit by biking, she still manages to bum and bike around Toronto, where she lives and works.
Oh, and fun fact if you want to switch it up from biking, she can also rollerblade:
Showrunner Graeme Manson revealed that Tatiana arrived to her first audition on Rollerblades, tossing out a casual, “Hey guys.”
I know a lot of our ladies in the SHJ Army love spin class, so this is a way to get involved Maslany style.
Another thing I was able to find was:
Not much is known about her specific routine, but we do know she loves biking in Toronto and dancing. Whenever she isn’t shooting, in her off season, she goes for dance classes. Dance also helps her to maintain her fitness. It is a good cardio activity.
So we’ll be making a routine for you guys, while also incorporating some spin, biking, and dancing!
