Morena Baccarin is freakin’ awesome. I’ve loved her ever since she was in Firefly, and since then she’s just gone on to be in bigger and better things.
Like Gotham, The Flash (as Gideon), Deadpool, and more!
Oh, and she’s a total babe.
So that helps as well.

Weight: (approximate) 126 lbs
Age: 36 years old
Morena Baccarin’s 5’7 is actually just above average height. She stands right there with women like Daisy Ridley and Jennifer Lawrence, but the average is really 5’4-5’6 from what we see among celebs at SHJ.

Morena Baccarin Diet and Nutrition
Morena Baccarin sticks to a healthy and sustainable diet, which is what we see most women focus on at SHJ.

In the morning, she already starts her day by eating a healthy breakfast. She prefers having an omelet or some cereal with fruits. She either has coffee or sometimes she prefers a glass fruit juice. For lunch, the actress focuses on consuming some lean protein, so she has chicken or fish. This is partnered with either rice or some pasta. For dinner, she goes light with a sandwich or a bowl of pasta. She just makes sure that the incorporates fruits and veggies in all her meals. For snacks, she even prefers fruits and nuts rather than processed and junk foods. No wonder she looks so amazing even for her age.
This can be paired with other restrictions, which I suggest, to make it even better for your superhero transformation.

Morena Baccarin Workout Routine Research
Similar to the research I was able to find for Morena Baccarin’s diet, I also found some interesting things about her workout.
One site stated:
Aside from doing cardio exercises, she also revealed herself to be a fan of Jivamukti Yoga. In an interview, she said: “I like Jivamukti yoga. Which is really hard and acrobatic, but there’s a lot of meditation too, which is nice.” Aside from this from this form of yoga, she also likes doing Pilates.
We love yoga and meditation at SHJ.

Baccarin also states:
“If there is a pool big enough for lap swimming, I will do that. But usually the most exercise I get is from walking and lifting a glass of wine to my nose and mouth.”
So, we having walking, yoga, swimming, and lifting wine glasses.

Morena Baccarin Workout Routine
As often as possible.
If you guys are familiar with our plans you’ll know that I generally write them with a weight training or circuit set of days, and then two optional days of activity or cardio. For this one, though, you can really do the cardio I will be programming and/or yoga every single day of the week if you’d like!
Morena Baccarin Cardio Options:
Morena Baccarin mentions in some interviews that the most exercise she gets ends up being from walking, but also that if there is a pool, she’ll do laps! So, I’m going to give you a few cardio options to take advantage up to keep you healthy and in tip top shape.
- Brisk Walking for an Hour
- 20-30 min incline walk
- 20-30 min swimming and laps

Morena Maccarin also mentions how much she loves other activities besides the cardio options I give above. I will name a few for you to take advantage of, the first two being the most prominent in what she addresses within interviews.
