It’s like The CW Network just breeds stud celebs.
Including tons of others we’ve seen.
At this point it’s almost too many to count, as we’ve seen tons of Arrow stars like Stephen Amell and Emily Bett Rickards; a handful of Flash stars like Grant Gustin and Candice Patton; Supergirl stars like Melissa Benoist; Vampire Diaries like Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev; Riverdale stars like KJ Apa and Lili Reinhart; and honestly so many more.
So how could we not include Cody Christian’s routine?
Plus, it’s been requested a bunch as well!

Cody Christian falls into the shorter range among male celebs.
But there’s a handful right there with him.
That average height falls in the range of 6’1-6’3 with celebs like Chris Pratt, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Adam Driver, Stephen Amell, Clive Standen and so many more.
Guys around 5’10-6’0 are dudes like Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and Jason Statham, but the ACTUAL shorter range is filled with guys like Mark Wahlberg, Zac Efron, Kit Harington, Tom Holland and more.
Even taller than them are guys like The Mountain, Joe Manganiello, Ben Affleck, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Winston Duke, Alexander Skarsgard and a few others.

Cody Christian Diet and Nutrition
I’m going to tell you right off the bat: Cody Christian’s response in an interview about his dietary restrictions is my favorite we’ve seen.
In an interview with Talk Nerdy With Us, Christian says:
TNWU: I know you’re kind of big on working out, and we can imagine you have a pretty strict diet to abide to. If you could eat one thing, for the rest of your life, without any dietary restrictions or anything, what would you eat?
Christian: Chipotle. Yeah, you see how there was no hesitation in that answer? I love Chipotle. Shout out to Chipotle, they’re my homies, I love them. You could put that in the article! [Laugh] Love it!
Did you guys have any idea that was coming?
C’mon, you should have.

I love Chipotle.
But, before we continue, I will say that I have also seen Christian support meal planning services that send yummy grub to your house for the week. So while he was likely using a sustainable approach, he has changed up his routine every once in a while.
And, we see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.

Cody Christian Workout Routine Research
Cody Christian shares some pretty good information right on his personal Instagram feed.
He shows off some typical bodybuilding style movements such as hack squats and hammer strength pull-downs, utilizing slow and strict form.
He’s also been seen doing multiple variations of chest flys, and isn’t shy about how often he hits the weights.
In on post, Christian writes:
Wanna bring the best conditioning possible for some projects I have coming up. ? The work never stops ?
And for his hack squats he says:
One of those days where I just need to zone out and train legs.
It definitely seems like Christian is at home in the gym.Â
It’s one of his happy places.
I was also able to find some clips of his training on the YouTube, which just further show off a typical bodybuilding style for us to mimic.
Another thing I was able to find out with some help from the best source (Christian, himself), was that he’s been also utilizing special conditioning for his roll in All American. He’s practicing football drills and conditioning specifically for that roll. Speed, agility, catching, and other drills that go with it.
Expect to see an activity day with these options.
