Naomi Scott is a babe.
And she’s actually made an appearance on SHJ before.
She’s the Pink Ranger in the newest Power Rangers movie and we did a workout routine based around all the celebrities training styles for The Power Rangers Movie Workout – similar to the way we did a 300 Workout.
But now Naomi Scott is going to be playing Jasmine.
And eventually even appearing as one of the stars in the newest Charlie’s Angels!
She’s definitely doing big things.
Naomi Scott Stats:
Height: 5’6
Weight: (approximate) 123 lbs.
Age: 25 years old
Naomi Scott is right there at our average height range.
I’m hoping she’s more around 5’5ish, because I saw 5’5 and three quarters listed places for her height – and then I might stand a chance.
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
And, let’s not forget the shorter ladies of SHJ like Ariana Grande, Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Emilia Clarke, Lucy Hale, Julianne Hough and a good handful of others.
But, either way, don’t worry.
I write these routines for anyone and everyone.

Naomi Scott Diet and Nutrition
We have a lot of fun information about Naomi Scott’s diet and nutrition.
Which is awesome, considering your nutrition is going to be more that 75% of the battle.
In an interview with The New Potato Naomi Scott says this about her ideal diet:
From start to finish, what would be your ideal food day?
In the morning, I would have buckwheat pancakes from this restaurant called Fix in Los Angeles. There’s a cafe in Dover Street Market I like, too; the pancakes are incredible. For lunch, I would have a roast dinner – a proper English roast, stuffing, the whole lot. And for dessert I would have to have bread and butter pudding. For dinner, I probably would go for my mum’s chicken curry, spinach curry and dahl, and homemade chapatis. My mum also does a great aubergine curry. For dessert, I’m gonna go with a banoffee pie.
And they follow up with even more about Scott’s beauty routine:
How do you practice beauty from the inside out?
I have a pretty balanced regime. I exercise when I can, but I’m not perfect. Sometimes when I’m super busy it becomes a bit more difficult. Like anything as humans, it’s a discipline. Sometimes you’re better, and at certain times you fall off the wagon a bit. I think in general I’m happiest when I am exercising regularly, but I’m not an everyday-er. I’m happier, too, when I’m able to cook my own meals. I love doing meal prep. I like to do salmon and broccoli, put it in a tupperwear, mix it all up, and I have those as meals – or I go with chicken. Usually on the weekends, I go rogue and do whatever I want.
So, even as a full time actress Naomi Scott does her meal prep and cooking.
This is interesting because many people automatically assume every single celeb we see with a great physique has a chef.
And then The New Potato follows up with a few more interesting questions:
How do you always start your day? What is your go-to breakfast?
My go-to breakfast would be rye toast or a bit of smoked salmon and poached eggs.
Are there any food or drinks that you’ve cut from your diet?
Because of my eczema, I try to stay away from dairy. On the odd occasion, I will have a bit of cheese, and I do love creamy desserts, so I’ll have those every now and again. I’m not awfully strict. I try to stay away from processed foods and keep it simple. I’m pretty open to everything.
What was your favorite dish when you visited India?
We had a different home-cooked meal from a different family every evening. There are so many different types of curries depending on the different parts of India where everyone is from. I love the Gujarati chaat – yoghurt mixed with smashed up samosas. It’s the best.
So other than staying away from dairy, Naomi Scott seems to have her ideal dietary guidelines – but they’re not that strict.
Clean eating and homemade cooking.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.
That’s why our Academy Nutrition Classes (Monks, Minimalists, SuperHumans, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Greek Gods, Samurais) revolve around helping you find the specific diet that is right FOR YOU.
We’ve also seen a lot of celebs opt for specific restrictions.Â
For example: Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.
You can check out our Nutrition Pillars for more information and articles on all of the above and more.

Naomi Scott Workout Routine Research
In the same interview with The New Potato we find out a bit more about Naomi Scott.
We know she said:
I have a pretty balanced regime. I exercise when I can, but I’m not perfect. Sometimes when I’m super busy it becomes a bit more difficult. Like anything as humans, it’s a discipline. Sometimes you’re better, and at certain times you fall off the wagon a bit. I think in general I’m happiest when I am exercising regularly, but I’m not an everyday-er.
But she also follows up on this a bit.
Scott says:
Are there any workouts you love/think are overrated?
I do enjoy classes because when you go you know you have to do it. I think being in the gym on your own can be a bit difficult. I don’t think anything is overrated; I think it’s more about a combination of things – that’s when you get the best out of your workout. In the gym, I like to mix it up.
I love that quote, because at SHJ we also like to mix it up.
We have everything from Powerlifting to Pilates, yoga and CrossFit.
And one last fun fact before we jump away from this specific interview is something I think you guys might enjoy:
Do you change your beauty routines before a big shoot?
No, I don’t do anything different to be honest. Water and sleep are the two main things. You can put any product on your face, but if you’re not drinking or sleeping, then there is no point.
So expect to see a routine that is well varied, but not based around training every single day.
We’ll mix in classes and also some boot camp type training like we saw from The Power Rangers styled workout routines.
A lot of the Naomi Scott’s physique will likely be coming from her diet and nutrition.

Naomi Scott Workout Routine
Training Volume:
3-5+ days per week
Explanation:
Naomi Scott likes to mix it up. She’s not an everyday gym go-er by any means. She’ll take classes, hit the gym occasionally, and mix it up a bit. I’ll be programming you two days of training in the gym to use randomly like Scott, a day devoted to classes, and a boot camp style training like her Power Rangers regime.
