Another Riverdale babe.
We’re going strong with the Riverdale celebs.
Keep em’ coming, right?
I don’t think we’d even be able to name all of the CW Stars we’ve seen at SHJ, but for this one we’ll stick to just Riverdale.
For the guys we’ve had KJ Apa, Charles Melton and Cole Sprouse.
But for the babes we’ve had Madelaine Petsch, Camila Mendes, Lili Reinhart and now Vanessa Morgan…obviously.
So this article puts the babes on top. And Vanessa has been requested so many times now that I just had to put a halt to all other ladies in the queue to fit hers in.
Vanessa Morgan Stats:
Height: 5’3
Weight: (approximate) 115 lbs.
Age: 27 years old
Vanessa Morgan isn’t the shortest Riverdale babe (Camila is an inch shorter).
But she definitely falls into our shortest group among women.
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
And, let’s not forget the shorter ladies of SHJ like Ariana Grande, Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Emilia Clarke, Lucy Hale, Julianne Hough and a good handful of others.
But, either way, don’t worry.

Vanessa Morgan Diet and Nutrition
There’s a lot of information about Madelaine Petsch’s diet out there, who is Vanessa Morgan’s best friend and one of our Riverdale babes, because she’s outspoken about being vegan; but there’s not nearly as much about Morgan.
I actually mentioned this to a handful of girls requesting Morgan’s article, and they persisted on still wanting whatever I could find, so here we are!
I scoured the internet, her interviews, and honestly her Instagram and Twitter feeds as well.
I was able to find a couple things on her diet, but none of which gives us an absolute like how we know Petsch follows very specific guidelines.
That being said, here’s a Twitter post I found Morgan share of her meal before hitting the gym.
She calls it an afternoon snack, and as we can tell, it’s a very healthy one.
She has a mix of fruits, vegetables and a small topping.
On her Instagram she also has some posts out getting coffee and sometimes indulging in a drink on one of her trips to the beach or pool – but for the most part her eating habits tend to reflect this post; which shows a mix of healthy choices.
Another thing I was able to find regarding her nutrition choices was what she said in an interview with W Magazine when asked about the contents of her bag:
What is always in your bag?
Vitamins are a must, ChapStick, my phone, and sunglasses.
“Vitamins are a must” is specifically what I’m referring to.
It’s obvious Morgan puts her health first and her incredible physique shows.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.

And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.

Vanessa Morgan Workout Routine Research
Like I said: I scoured the internet and her social feeds.
I literally went back over ten years of Instagram posts to figure out what Morgan was up to in order to get her rockin’ bod.
That being said, I can tell you this: Morgan is ALWAYS active.Â
She’s either out hiking, at the gym, or at some body of water (the beach, a pool, etc).
And it seems to usually be the latter.
The closest thing she came to a fitness post, other than one tiny shot of her on an elliptical showing that she brought her pooch with her to the gym, was her doing squats in a comedic fashion while on a hike [also with her pup] and a friend.
But from her posts about hitting the gym prior to the set, her amazing physique, and the fact that she HAS posted a couple times at or about going to the gym; something tells me she knows her way around one.
She also is definitely comfortable in workout attire, telling W Magazine about her go-to off day attire:

Comfortable, casual, and streetwear chic.
What is your go-to outfit for a day off?
It would have to be workout leggings, a cropped tank, and sunglasses with a baseball cap. I’m all about comfort on my days off.
For that reason I’ll be building you a Vanessa Morgan gym workout based on her physique, and also what I was able to dig up.
Know this though: you will DEFINITELY need to be active to keep up with her. Get out and start to love hiking, because there’s no catching Morgan in her career, or her physique. This girl is on a roll.
