I bet you guys thought we were never getting to Star Wars!
And part of me thought we should be having Rey mixed with Yoda, but I figure since we have Daisy Ridley already, Rey’s character could wait a bit.
I’m sure now that we’re getting the ball rolling with Star War’s themed workouts there will be more where this week came from!
Of course we had to start with The Jedi Master himself, Yoda.
And I will be using his routine to really shape how we build this Ahsoka Tano workout as well.
Be prepared to hit all your Jedi Pillars!
Ahsoka Tano Stats:
Height: 6’1
Weight: 119 lbs.
Real Name: Ahsoka Tano
Powers: Yes
I was actually really surprised by Ahsoka Tano’s height.
Especially because of how much taller it seems when you do Yoda’s workout the same week…
Supergirlย andย Erza Scarletย were our shortest at 5โ5 beforeย Waspย came in at 5โ4 andย Kale,ย Anna and Nina Williamsย matching her there. BUT, now we haveย Cauliflaย at 4โ8 and Sailor Moon at 4โ11!ย ย Katanaย is just behind her at 5โ2.
We hadย Wonder Womanย come in standing 6โ0 tall,ย Mockingbirdย andย Hawkgirlย at 5โ9,ย Mystique,ย Miss Martian, andย Sonya Bladeย at 5โ10, andย Stormย 5โ11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5โ4-5โ6 โ and ourย Black Widowย is just above that at 5โ7 withย Spider-Gwen,ย Harley Quinnย andย Poison Ivyย at 5โ8.
And, the tallest weโd seen beforeย She-Hulkย wasย Starfireย at 6โ4!
But donโt worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes โ they also work for both men and women โ regardless of the gender of the hero!

Ahsoka Tano Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hellboy may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I donโt think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You canโt out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking outย The Nutrition Pillarsย on the site, but Iโll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys likeย Dwayne Johnsonย andย Kevin Hartย incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals,ย Hugh Jackman,ย Tom Hopper,ย Benedict Cumberbatchย andย Terry Crewsย utilizeย intermittent fastingย (something I use daily as well),ย Ariana Grande,ย Mustafa Shakirย andย Madelaine Petschย areย vegans,ย Brandon Routhย andย Frank Grilloย opt forย paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
Itโs all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is whatโs important.
Which is why ourย Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!

Ahsoka Tano Workout Routine Research
Weโve made it to โthe fun partโ.
And, if you donโt know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
This is where I get to break down the โhowโ and โwhyโ of the workout weโre going to build based on the characters, in this case Ahsoka Tano’s, powers and/or abilities.
We’ll start with a bit of a biography for Ahsoka Tano considering we’ve already had Yoda’s workout and description this week and much of what we talk about as becoming a Jedi will ditto what we talked about there.
Obviously the bio could be much longer, but here’s a snippet of what her Wiki Fandom has to tell us:
Ahsoka Tano, nicknamed “Snips” by her Master and known as “Ashla” after theย Clone Wars, was aย Jediย Padawanย who, after the conflict, helped establish a network of various rebel cells against theย Galactic Empire. Aย Togrutaย female, Tano was discovered on herย homeworldย ofย Shiliย byย Jedi Masterย Plo Koon, who brought her to theย Jedi Templeย onย Coruscantย to receiveย Jedi training. Following theย outbreakย of the Clone Wars, Jediย Grand Masterย Yodaย assigned the young Tano to be the Padawan learner ofย Jedi Knightย Anakin Skywalker, whom she joined at theย Battle of Christophsis. Whereas Tano was eager to prove herself, Skywalker had a reputation for recklessness, and they had a rather difficult start as Master and apprentice. Yet, they worked together toย rescueย Rotta, the son ofย crime lordย Jabba Desilijic Tiure, andย returnedย Rotta to hisย father, thus facilitating a crucialย alliance between theย Hutt Clanย and theย Galactic Republic.
And I think the quote they share for her on her Wiki is actually pretty interesting and a fun one to share here as well:
“It’s every citizen’s duty to challenge their leaders, to keep them honest, and hold them accountable if they’re not.“โAhsoka Tano
I like to think if Yoda was her master he would like that one.
But now it’s time to talk about some powers, abilities, and how we’re going to work to become a Jedi.
Let’s steal a thing or two from The Master:
Jediโs have three aspects of Force Power that include Control, Sense, and Alter; and each one of these comes with a list of powers to match.
These Force Powers are going to be the things we canโt actually train to replicate, so instead weโll be focusing in on other aspects.
Three pillars that we need to work on are:ย The Force, Knowledge, and Self-discipline.
A lot of the work that you will need to put in towards these pillars will come outside of your actual workout routine.
On top of that we will definitely be incorporating things like meditation and yoga to really find yourself within.
We will also need to train to fight with our lightsabers and also to be able to do the legendary handstand push-ups that Luke does while Yoda sits on top of him!
Expect to utilize a lot of body-weight training and train for endurance as well.
