We didn’t have any specific research to add to our Cobra Kai Workout outside of what we learned from our William Zabka Workout and Diet, but now we do!
Now we have information from interviews Xolo Mariduena and Tanner Buchanon did with Men’s Health.
You can tell from the workout that Xolo is new to training, but he’s still kicking ass and getting prepped and ready going into Season Four of Cobra Kai.
Either way, though, this workout was created for him by his trainer hat’s helping him prepare for the season and helping him get ready for everything it takes to be a Cobra!
His trainer, Philip Moreno specifically programs this one to help with leg strength, flexibility, and of course stamina!
