We’re back for some more Anime Cosplay and Workouts!
Last week we saw Shoto Todoroki and Ochako Uraraka cosplay workout and guides and the week prior we hit Deku and Asui in the regular workout category; while we had already seen All Might in the past.
But now it’s time for some Demon Slayer!
Don’t worry if you think we’re missing out on Tanjiro Kamado, by the way, I specifically chose Inosuke Hashibira and Nezuko Kamado because they’re the hottest cosplay selections from Demon Slayer right now!
If you don’t already know, this is our new category that I announced I’ll be starting due to the high demand in cosplayers we have hitting the site, but it’s also an opportunity for me to give you secondary options to the main character workouts that will be slightly more generic and beginner-intermediate oriented; whereas the character workouts get pretty high volume when we begin talking about our overpowered characters!

Height: 5’0
Weight: 99 lbs.
Real Name: Nezuko Kamado
I guess it’s also imporant to point out that Nezuko Kamado is only 14 years old.
Similar to Inosuke Hashibira who we also saw this week who was only 15; and the My Hero AcademiaÂ
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11!  Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero!

Nezuko Kamado Diet and Nutrition
This is normally where (in the character workouts at least) I’d throw you guys a nice copy paster to give you some links to awesome dietary guidelines.
The celebrity workouts get their own custom planning based around what that celebrity does, but the characters are very contingent on specific goals/starting points.
The same is going to be done here, but I’m going to be making some changes to help you out a little bit more. So I’m going to start by suggesting what I think is the best Superhero Program for this cosplay if you choose to step it up a notch. Of course, you can really step it up a notch and join our Academy to get access to everything we have to offer, but if not, you might want to check out The Program Shop for other options or even take The Program Selection Quiz to help you out.

Which brings us to our information from the character workouts if you’re looking to go the free-route (which is totally fine):
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Nezuko Kamado Cosplay Information (and Options)
Now it’s time to not transform your body, but rather your attire.
That’s right, it’s the NEW fun part.
As you can tell from the picture above (and throughout the article as well), Nezuko Kamado cosplay has a couple options (and I didn’t even include later seasons cosplay which I’ll be sharing below).
You can definitely have some fun with this.

Nezuko Kamado Workout Routine Information (and Research)
So we have some more fun (although may not as much) in this section.
Here I’ll be giving you a bit of a bio and also utilizing what we’ve discussed in the section above (and some more) to break down what we’ll be looking to achieve with this workout routine I’ll be building for you.
So let’s start at Demon Slayer Wiki Fandom with a bit of a biography for Nezuko Kamado:
Nezuko Kamado is the younger sister of Tanjiro Kamado and one of the two remaining members of the Kamado family. Formerly human, she was attacked and turned into a Demon by Muzan Kibutsuji. She is one of the main protagonists of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
Now that you know what we’re workin’ with here, we can get into a bit more (mainly because I want to).
Here’s a bit more of her appearance information:
Nezuko is a petite young girl with fair skin, visibly large, prominent fangs, and sharp, claw-like nails that fade to red where they point. Her hair is long, dark brown and reaches just below her waist, turning an vermilion color as it passes her elbows, and appears to be crimped into large, straight ridges, worn sideswept drastically to her left. She has soft-looking, pale pink eyes that appear a lighter color around the rims of their irises, slanted downwards towards the sides of her face and framed by notably long eyelashes, the pupils of which can appear slit as she transforms. According to Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko was known as a great beauty in their home town.
She wears a light pink kimono with a geometric triangle pattern, the lining a paler pink, with a red and white checkered obi and a thin piece of orange thread looped and knotted around her waist, another band of green above it. Over this, she sports a long, dark brown haori that reaches past her knees, as well as pink zori sandals and white socks, wrapped with thick pieces of black material. Nezuko also wears a small pink ribbon to the left of her head, to keep her hair out of her face, and the bamboo gag Giyu Tomioka gave her, which is secured around her jaw with a strip of red cloth.
And the only difference she has to her human form in the lack of her demon-like traits.
But let’s keep this awesomeness going for those of you who even want to adopt her personality into their cosplay as well (because you’re awesome):
Nezuko’s original personality as a human was that of a kind and caring girl, who thought of others before herself much like her older brother, Tanjiro, and was a responsible elder sister to her younger siblings.
As a Demon, however, Nezuko seems to have forgotten a good portion of her memories as a human, besides those related to her family, and thus doesn’t retain the exact personality she had before transformation. She is still very caring and protective towards humans who she sees as members of her family, although this is mainly due to the influence Sakonji Urokodaki had on her while she was asleep for two years. Nezuko also retains some of her human emotions, as she has been seen to cry when sad and smile when happy, but in general she appears more detached than her human cohorts, although she is still much calmer and less malicious than most Demons.
So this one is actually pretty simple.
Nezuko Kamado is only 14 years old and mainly just petite.
For the sake of her cosplay we’ll want to emulate her physique by being slim and slender, and toning in some areas doesn’t hurt either!
That means we can keep this one suitable for beginners!
For the sake of the cosplay that I suggest I will focus in on a couple things:
- Toning (and Fat-Loss if needed)
- Extra Legs and Glutes for Women
That should get you guys right into the character’s physique.
The mentality and personality is going to be all on you!

Nezuko Kamada [Cosplay] Workout
Training Volume:
3-5 days
Explanation:
We’re going to try to still have some fun with this one and unleash some of that inner demon with some blowout circuits and optional cardio days; but overall this workout can be done without the addition and still get you into cosplay shape when paired with a good diet!
Difficulty Level:
Beginner-Intermediate
When we do our celebrity and character workouts we base the difficulty level off of their routines/their powers. For this one it’s just a judgement call on how I believe we can best get you looking like each character. For that reason I’m providing a level for each.
