Back to the WWE this week.
We recently saw Sasha Banks and Trish Stratus at request from one of our Academy members, and I decide we’ll keep the WWE theme going.
Who knows, maybe we’ll even see some more WWE men considering we’ve only had The Rock, John Cena, Bautista, and maybe one or two others hiding in there somewhere.
Oh, and we’ve also seen Florence Pugh who actually starred as Paige in Fighting With My Family which also starred Dwayne Johnson, as Dwayne Johnson!
But now it’s time for the REAL Paige.
Paige Stats:
Height: 5’8
Weight: (approximate) 120 lbs.
Age: 27 years old
Paige is actually above average among women we’ve seen at SHJ.
She does fall in a taller range, although not the TALLEST.
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
And, let’s not forget the shorter ladies of SHJ like Ariana Grande, Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Emilia Clarke, Lucy Hale, Julianne Hough and a good handful of others.
But, either way, don’t worry.
I write these routines for anyone and everyone.

Paige Diet and Nutrition
As we’ve seen with some of the other WWE Stars: being on the road traveling as often as they do can make it hard to eat right and train hard.
But, thankfully, they’re also surrounded by others trying to stay in shape and at the top of their game.
In an interview with Muscle and Fitness Paige says this:
The combination of late nights, hard to find gyms, and fast food on the road must be challenging?
It really is. It’s so tempting when the only place open is a burger joint. We motivate each other to workout on days where one of us is tired and look out for each other to make sure we are all eating right.
She also tells them that what she misses most about England is the food!
Here’s some more details from that quote:
What do you miss the most from England?
I miss family and certain comfort foods from back home like scotch eggs or a cheeky Nando’s. There are a few Nando’s (a chicken restaurant) here but not many and they are spread out. I miss Sunday roast dinners, but I make my own Yorkshire puddings. I can cook.
And with some extra digging it seems that while Paige opts for the healthy choice most of the time, she doesn’t hold back on indulgences when she knows she has earned it and seems to eat pretty intuitively.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.
That’s why our Academy Nutrition Classes (Monks, Minimalists, SuperHumans, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Greek Gods, Samurais) revolve around helping you find the specific diet that is right FOR YOU.
Of course, there are a lot of reasons to HAVE the strict guidelines.
We’ve seen a lot of celebs opt for specific restrictions.
For example: Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting(something I use daily as well), Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.
You can check out our Nutrition Pillars for more information and articles on all of the above and more.

Paige Workout Routine Research
Jumping back to the interview with Muscle and Fitness we find out even more about Paige’s fitness regime.
This time it’s about her training.
Here’s what she has to tell them:
How often do you workout?
It can be hard to find somewhere to train, but when we are on the road it’s usually 3 – 4 times per week. I love to lift weights, so squats and snatches are the things I like to do. I’m not a fan of cardio, but I do like to sprint. When we need that extra workout some of us will run up and down an arena staircase!
She mentions a couple things I’d like to break down a bit there.
First off is the squats and snatches. Snatches have become more popular among CrossFit styled training, and we actually have seen two other WWE Superstars utilize CrossFit as well (John Cena and Sasha Banks; who also mentions that handfuls of other wrestlers join them as well).
She also mentions that she doesn’t like cardio, but DOES like to sprint.
Well guess what, we like sprints. So expect to see them in our training.
I was also able to find some training videos of Paige working out in some regular gyms, and even Planet Fitness.
She used typical weightlifting movements from what I could tell, with some being:
- Close Grip Cable Pulldowns
- Cable Rows
- EZ Bar Curls
- Russian Twists
- Standing Single Arm Cable Rows
- Shoulder Press
And more. Obviously.
The more will come in during the training below, but we’ll also be mixing it in with some CrossFit style training as well.
Be prepared!

Training Volume:

Explanation:
Paige mentions 3-4 days per week, but that doesn’t include her in-the-ring training and any extra cardiovascular activity that comes from actually being in the ring. We’ll be stepping it up a notch and training 5+ days per week for this one.
