Characters like Spider-Man and Batman turn up on our Top Character Workouts List among SHJ, and also tend to have a good handful of alternate characters based on them.
Which means we have a good handful of alternate characters to build workouts for!
That being said: if you type in “Spider-Man” within our search bar without actually scouring through all the pages of our Workout Database there are a few that you might end up missing out on.
For that reason I decided it’s about time we get some character-specific listicles like this one.
Considering we’re going to be pushing over 1,000 celebrity and character inspired workout routines here at SHJ, I don’t blame you guys for accidentally passing over some.
Spider-Man is also even (I say that like it should be surprising, but it’s actually kind of obvious) among the characters we have utilized for our Benchmark Hero Workouts within our Superhuman System.
These are workouts that are inspired by character and celebrity workouts (for example our PARKER Benchmark Workout comes straight from a circuit we’ve seen Tom Holland utilize) and are build to allow members to test their score and then come back later on and see how they’ve progressed.
Some of our other listicles revolve around things like:
- Top Ten Male Celeb Workout Routines
- Top Ten Female Celeb Workout Routines
- Top Ten Celeb and Character Calisthenics Workouts
- Top Ten Celebrity Ab Workouts
- Top Ten Celebrity Circuit Workouts
But this article will be SLIGHTLY different.
Normally I work with a list of reasons for the order of the workouts, but this is only five and I honestly love all of them, so the only reason for placement is which I grabbed first, which are newer/more relevant (only relevant for the first one), and my own biased opinion!
So sit back and get ready for some Spider Inspired Workouts, and if you’re looking to take on THE PARKER Benchmark Hero Workout inside our Superhuman System, I challenge you to complete it and then send me your score!
TOP FIVE SPIDER-MAN INSPIRED WORKOUTS
Number One: The Spider-Man Calisthenics Workout
I think the obvious choice would have been our original Spider-Man Workout, but this one is newer and more relevant to the situation many of The SHJ Army Members find themselves in.
With thousands of our members stuck at home right now, this Spider-Man Calisthenics Workout is PERFECT to get you in Spidey shape while staying right there in your own home.
I am personally combining pieces of this workout with our Superhuman System right now and it’s working incredibly.
You can check out the Spider-Man Calisthenics Workout here.
Number Two: Spider-Man 2099 Workout
Next up on the list is an alternative Spider-Man, specifically Spider-Man 2099!
Spider-Man 2099 and Punisher 2099 are two alternate characters that were repeatedly requested.
And, when I get requests for the same character(s) over and over, I tend to make a note of that!
I have now grown to be a huge fan of both, and our Spider-Man 2099 Workout is among my favorite character inspired routines.
You can check out the Spider-Man 2099 Workout Routine here.
Number Three: The Spider-Man Workout
Which bring us to our original Spider-Man Workout!
We have multiple coaches floating around within our Superhero Academy and Superhuman System, so when we first started our Superhero Inspired Workouts at SHJ our Coach Richie was nice enough to put a handful together for us, including this one!
This gives you a much different spin than we’re used to and tacks on a ton of volume and intensity.
Perfect for Spidey!
You can check out the Spider-Man Workout Routine here.
Number Four: Miles Morales Workout
Fourth on the list is Miles Morales.
I actually LOVE this workout.
This is one of my favorite ways to format a workout with a perfect mix of high intensity interval training, heavy lifts, calisthenics, and circuit training.
A well rounded Spider-Man!
You can check out the Miles Morales Workout Routine here.
Number Five: Spider-Gwen Workout
Last but certainly not least on our top five is our Spider-Gwen Workout.
The only reason I have her at number five is because I am under the assumption the vast majority of The SHJ Army clicking into this list is going to be members looking for our male variations, but I did want to sneak her workout in here for the ladies to find as well!
This one gives you the best of all our Spidey workouts and puts it together for Gwen Stacey’s version of Spider-Woman!
You can check out the Spider-Gwen Workout Routine here.
Bonus Villain: Kraven The Hunter Workout
Okay, you had to know I was going to give you guys a bonus if you’ve seen our other listicles, right?
I love bonus, and there’s no better way to end off our Top Five Spider-Man Inspired Workout Listicle than have a badass villain that hits the exact opposite style that we’ve seen from the training regimes above.
Where Spider-Man is lean and toned, Kraven is big and muscular. And our workouts take that into account.
You can check out the Kraven The Hunter Workout Routine here.
That’s a wrap.
As always, remember that all these diets and routines should be paired with our Nutrition Pillars; and you can even check out our article on The Top Diets Used Among Celebrities as well.
If you want to step it up a notch on top of these workouts then you can also check out our Superhero Academy and Superhuman System as well.
Oh, and if you do make your way into The Superhuman System, don’t forget to take on THE PARKER in our Benchmark Hero Workouts.
Now get out there and begin unleashing your inner superhuman!
