Did anyone see a Witcher TV series is coming?
Well it apparently is!
Update: I finished it, and it was amazing.
That being said, I felt it only fitting to get a Geralt workout up before we even see the celebrities that are being cast!
If you currently check IMDB you can’t see any celebs, so I think I’m in the clear to make that statement, although I have been seeing more and more posts on Instagram about people fan-casting!
I’d love to hear who you’d like to see if you want to drop a comment at the end of this one!
Geralt of Rivia Stats:
Height: Unknown (Fan-Based Guesses: 6’3-6’8)
Weight: Unknown (Fan-Based Guesses: 185-235 lbs)
Real Name:Â Geralt
Powers: Yes
Geralt is likely around average height, if not taller, compared to the characters we’ve seen thus far.
Based on the guesses from fans, he’s pretty large.
Vegeta tied Wolverine for the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only an inch taller.  Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 – with Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
Just above them are Aquaman, Red Hood and Punisher standing only an inch or so taller.
We’ve had Superman at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, with Thor and Cyborg towering over them at 6’6, Thanos right there with them at 6’7, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5.
And, of course, Hulk is up there with Thor, Kratos, Thanos and Cyborg, and sometimes even portrayed much taller.
Yeah, that means All Might is the tallest at 7’2, only sometimes surpassed by The Hulk!
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Geralt of Rivia Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like The Hulk may get something specifically different**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Hugh Jackman and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting daily, and I also use it myself in conjunction with cyclical ketosis.
That being said, I also recommend tracking and paying attention to protein intake.
BUT, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, Superhumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Oh, and if you’re down with calorie counting instead, that’s always an option as well. It’s just important to be aware of specific rules and precision while counting.

Geralt of Rivia Workout Routine Research
Awe yeah!
Time for the good stuff. Also, what I like to call “the fun part”.
This is where I get to go through the powers and abilities of the character (in this case Geralt) in order to give you the “how” and “why” behind the routine we’re going to build.
We can start off right away by listing Geralt’s abilities given to us by his Wiki page:
- Superhuman abilities
- Swordsmanship
- Alchemy
- Signs
And I like that we paired Geralt and Link this week because they’re both swordsman.Â
Here’s a quote the Wiki page shares with us from the PC version of The Witcher:
Abigail: I heard witchers carry 2 – a silver blade for monsters and steel for humans…
Geralt: Both are for monsters.
And ComicVine tells us this:
Geralt is a witcher. A superhuman mutant monster slayer for hire. Shortly after his birth, Geralt was taken by his mother to Kaer Morhen, a witcher stronghold and The School of the Wolf. Whilst there, he was trained almost exclusively to kill monsters, practicing his swordsmanship skills and learning about monsters.
Which is pretty awesome considering we’re here to become SuperHumans.
They continue on telling us how he gained his enhances abilities:
When he grew older, but was still in his early years, Geralt was subjected to mutations like all other witchers. Only 3 in 10 boys survive this ritual, and the rest die in agony. The mutations were caused by the consumption of special alchemical ingredients, which affected his body. This was called the Trial of the Grasses.
The witchers who survived gained enhanced physicals, such as speed, strength, stamina and durability beyond what an ordinary human could possess. Witchers have cat-like eyes, which give them night vision akin to a cat. The mutations also granted the witchers magical abilities, known as signs, which are more utility based, rather than combat-orientated.
Which are all things we can train for. Well, at least the stuff I made bold for us.
Let’s do this!
