It time for some Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D!
Get ready.
We’re starting this one with the obvious choice: Chloe Bennet, AKA Quake, or Daisy “Skye” Johnson.
We’ve seen so many celebs from the Marvel Netflix Shows, having just seen some more from the most recent season of Iron Fist last week, and now it’s time to break into a show that has someone not been seen at SHJ yet.
I know, crazy.
Shame on me.
Chloe Bennet Stats:
Height: 5’5
Weight: (approximate) 121 lbs.
Age: 26 years old
Chloe Bennet is right at average height for women celebs at SHJ.
Which is perfect because now we may be able to date…
The average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and amongst the tallest, are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
And let’s not forget the shorter ladies of SHJ like Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Emilia Clarke, Lucy Hale, Julianne Hough and a good handful of others.
But, either way, don’t worry.
I write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone!

Chloe Bennet Diet and Nutrition
There are some sites that say Chloe Bennet’s diet consists of avoiding junk foods and “eating healthy”, but that is pretty vague and generally means there’s not much information about a specific diet out there on the interwebs.
So for that reason I took to her social media to try and find more information.
And yes, of course I checked the interviews first!
While Chloe Bennet might skip out on that ice cream sandwich at 7am, she also gives us some useful information.
She makes light of dieting and even says “That was like the one day in my life I tried to diet…lol”, which leads us to believe she just lives life and stays hungry.
And, I specifically say that about her being hungry because she tells me so in her Twitter bio, which I want to link to because it’s our main source of information…and pretty awesome.
We’ve seen other celebs opt for the healthy but sustainable nutrition option. AKA: just going through life being active, but also aware and having a healthy relationship with food.
That’s why our Academy Nutrition Classes (Monks, Samurais, SuperHumans, Minimalists, Spartans, Greek Gods, Vikings, Hunter Gatherers) revolve around finding the most sustainable nutrition plan for YOU.
So we’re going with a diet more like Dwayne Johnson or Kevin Hart (I love pairing these two together) with their epic cheat meals that help them sustain their lifestyle.
Go ahead and head over to the Nutrition Pillars and check out information on things like calorie counting, intermittent fasting, cyclical ketosis and more.

Chloe Bennet Workout Routine Research
For this section I was able to find some more interview quotes and information.
But, you better believe I’m still utilizing her awesome Twitter feed as well.
We’ll start with some information from some interviews:
“When I found out about how skilled Daisy was, I wanted to make sure that came across as authentically as possible,”
So, Chloe Bennet decided to put herself through some grueling training:
“So during our hiatus, I put myself through my own training. They said, “Oh, a week before we start filming, you’ll do some training,” and there was just no way, in my mind, that was going to be enough. So I did two months of rigorous stunt training — kickboxing, boxing, krav maga, jiujutsu — to kind of build up my ability to do what Daisy does effortlessly. I mean, I try and make it look effortless.” Her training apparently paid off as she’s able to play her character really well even with all the action scenes. It comes naturally for her to kick ass because she’s got the physique for it.
Basically Chloe Bennet is a badass.
Coach Derek you think you can take her?
Oh, but that’s not all. Bennet also likes keeping up with a regular training regime, aside from having to be ready to be as skilled as Daisy.
Here’s another post from her Twitter:
Humorous, again, but still some more great information.
Bennet has some short videos of her having fun working out in the gym doing some circuit style training and cardiovascular movements, which shows us she’s not only doing her mixed martial arts styled training, but more.
Plan on seeing both in this routine.
Let’s do this.
