I love Eva Green.
Babe alert.
It’s like a spidey-sense going off.
Eva Green has been absolutely amazing in Penny Dreadful, 300: Rise of an Empire, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, Casino Royale, The Dreamers, Kingdom of Heaven, and so much more.
And now she’s going on to star in Disney’s Dumbo as well!
She’s been rocking a hot bod throughout all of them, too!
Eva Green Stats:
Height: 5’6
Weight: 130 lbs
Age: 38 years old
Eva Green is right there at the average height for women we’ve seen at SHJ.
She joins our stunning line up right at the top height of the range.
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
And, let’s not forget the shorter ladies of SHJ like Ariana Grande, Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Emilia Clarke, Lucy Hale, Julianne Hough and a good handful of others.
But, either way, don’t worry.
I write these routines for anyone and everyone.

Eva Green Diet and Nutrition
We are able to find out a decent amount of information through a couple different interviews Eva Green has done.
In an interview with Elle magazine she says:
I’m becoming very LA. I drink lots of water and eat lots of green vegetables. I’m doing lots of juices at the moment. I kind of do apple, kale, carrot. I’ve got a fancy juicer. I started feeling very tired and everybody was like ‘You should try the juicing,’ but I really love it. I felt very weak. It was a revelation. And only organic fruit and vegetables. There’s so many pesticides and shit. I discovered the book by Dr. Fuhrman where he talks about juicing and eating mainly vegetables.
She also tells Marie Claire:
I’ve started steaming my vegetables, but I’m not a great cook. I like my food either steamed or raw to maintain the nutrients – and they need to be organic. I’m like my own chemist; I juice veg like kale, broccoli, watercress and cabbage to boost my immune system, and I add apples and grapes, so it’s more drinkable.
And finally, she shares this with Daily Mail:
I always start the day with a cup of hot water and lemon – I find it really cleanses and hydrates me. I have very sensitive, dry skin so I have to be careful about what I put on my face. My must-haves are Dermalogica cleansing gel and L’Or De Vie Crème Riche by Dior, which is thick and nourishing.
Which may seem like more of her beauty tips, but I thought it may be interesting to share the first line.
Overall it seems Eva Green sticks to a pretty sustainable dieting technique, adding in what she would call “more LA” style and flair.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.
That’s why our Academy Nutrition Classes (Monks, Minimalists, SuperHumans, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Greek Gods, Samurais) revolve around helping you find the specific diet that is right FOR YOU.
We’ve also seen a lot of celebs opt for specific restrictions.Â
For example: Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.
You can check out our Nutrition Pillars for more information and articles on all of the above and more.

Eva Green Workout Routine Research
As for Eva Green’s workout routine, she tends to keep that pretty simple as well.
If you’re not counting her training for 300, of course!
Although, she did switch it up a bit when she took on trainer Tim Jones.
Thankfully for us, we have information for both the pre and post training style.
So let’s jump right into talking about both of them. Right off the bat we should discuss the fact that Green enjoys Pilates.
That’s something I don’t have a direct quote about, but it was referenced in multiple sources that she likes adding it in regardless of the type of program she’s following.
She definitely didn’t have time for any additions when it came to her 300 Sequel training, though. Here’s what she has to say about that:
For the sequel of 300, I did a lot of core training and that kind of work because my character was a warrior—[it needed] to be believable [that I could] kick some ass. Two or three months of training for five hours a day and I loved it. Your muscles are getting stronger. It’s like a drug almost, you feel addicted, but then on your own it’s so hard. You don’t have somebody kicking your ass every morning. I go for a run every day, I do elliptical, I do stretching. I run like 30 minutes—it’s for the head.
And in another [separate] interview she repeats how she runs everyday:
I need to run to soothe my nerves. It’s a good way just to let it all out. I run every day for between 20 and 30 minutes. I find it difficult when I’m away filming to work out on my own; I need someone to kick my arse, so I run instead. I’m not some crazy Hollywood fitness type. When I’m working, the only thing I want to do when I get home is have a drink.
So definitely expect to see running added to the list.
Although Green eventually appears to have also switched it up at times and opted for training with weights with trainer Tim Jones, as she tells Daily Mail:
I exercise for an hour each morning with my personal trainer Tim Jones. We do a combination of strength and cardio. He really pushes me to do better. I always feel very proud of myself after our work-outs.
We’ll be including some sample programming from Tim, some running, Pilates, and definitely some 300 style programming.

Eva Green makes sure to mention she does 30 minutes of running every single day.

That being said, I was also able to find that she’s a fan of stretching and Pilates, so here’s a friendly reminder to do both!
