I feel like it’s best to start this article off by letting you know I’m a HUGE Anna Kendrick fan.
Not JUST because she’s a mega-babe.
I have no shame in letting you know that I’ve seen every single Pitch Perfect movie (there’s three) multiple times; and I’ve loved Anna Kendrick in all of them.
But Kendrick has been in so many amazing roles, even dating back to Twilight and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and leading us into Drinking Buddies, Into the Woods, Mr. Right, Get a Job, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, The Accountant, Trolls, soon to be Noelle on Disney+ and so much more!
Is it weird there’s so many roles there that have to do with dating a pretty crappy significant other?

Anna Kendrick joins the women among the shortest that we’ve seen on SHJ.
And we’re kind of on a roll for that seeing as how we just saw Jenna Dewan and Hilary Duff recently as well.
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
And, let’s not forget the shorter ladies of SHJ like Ariana Grande, Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Emilia Clarke, Lucy Hale, Julianne Hough and a good handful of others.
But, either way, don’t worry.

Anna Kendrick Diet and Nutrition
One bit part of Anna Kendrick’s diet is the fact that she does her best to avoid alcohol and dairy.
But she does treat herself from time to time.
Not too long ago Kendrick told Ellen how her diet has changed now that’s she’s over thirty:
Since she’s turned 30 she’s been trying to eat a lot healthier. She said she’s trying to work out and eat more vegetables. She said she used to be able to eat Taco Bell whenever she wanted, but not anymore.
After explaining this new healthy trend, she states:
“Ugh, it’s the worst. It’s awful,” she told Ellen DeGeneres. “And the worst part is, I feel so much better. Like, that’s the worst part is that it works.”

Anna Kendrick’s diet is totally doable since it’s not really a diet, per se. She’s all about balance — a mix of exercise, a few vegetables, and some yummy desserts are all you need to follow in the footsteps of your favorite actress.
It is important to note that Kendrick makes it clear she’s a lover of baked goods and desserts; which she makes sure to keep as a part of her diet!

Anna Kendrick Workout Routine Research
Anna Kendrick doesn’t have a personal trainer.
Which is fine considering a lot of the celebrities on the site that we see (who aren’t training to become a superhero or warrior of some sort) stick to their own design.
This, in Kendrick’s case, actually makes her routine extremely easy to follow.
She shares:
“If I’m on set and there’s no other option, I get on a treadmill, but that’s my most hated thing,” she admits to LA Times. “I used to exercise an hour every day — no excuses. I live in absolutes: I either exercise every day or I let myself off the hook. I’m trying to find that balance of working out three or four days a week and sticking to it.”
And she continues by stating:
“I live in a part of L.A. where I can take a hike straight out my front door,” she adds. A calorie-burning and heart-pumping hike up the hills of Los Angeles sounds pretty good to us!
She also mentions that if it’s not walking (vigorously) or hiking, she sometimes hops in for a full-body Pilates class to get her daily routine in!
So there is some kind of variety, but this babe definitely doesn’t come anywhere near the weights.
Cardio and toning are fine to get Kendrick’s bod in the amazing shape she continues to show on screen.

Anna Kendrick Workout: Vigorous Walking Like Kendrick
Kendrick says that she tries to train at least one hour a day.
So when I mention hiking I’m actually talking about at least an hour worth of cardio either on a hike, or a decently fast paced walk around your area.
If you must, like Kendrick has to sometimes, you can also turn this into an incline walk on the treadmill (3-4 mph and 5-10 incline).
Another option for Kendrick’s training consists of hitting a local class for Pilates or some kind of full body training in a 60+ minute class training session.
Anna Kendrick Workout Alternative Options
You can choose to step it up a notch and turn your treadmill cardio into some format of HIIT training that we’ve shared on other workouts on the site, or even add in some yoga or Pilates at home after some of your vigorous walking.
Another way to step it up a notch is to keep track of your daily walking like Ariana Grande does, making sure you hit that 10,000 step mark every single day.
