We’re back for more Disney+ Marvel show characters.
And I’m pretty hyped for this one.
The reason I’m extra excited to be writing this one is because not only am I continuing into our Disney+ theme that we have going on the last couple weeks, but I’m also adding onto our newly announced Cosplay Workout and Guides category.
This will allow us to revisit certain characters, as well as visit characters we alternatively wouldn’t have been able to see.
But, that being said, I should probably tell you that we recently saw Winter Soldier and Falcon, as well have already having seen their celebrity counterparts (Scarlet Witch included): Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, and Elizabeth Olsen.
We’ll also be looking to get our other Disney+ characters on SHJ in the coming weeks (like Vision, Loki, and Kate Bishop), but thankfully we already have Moon Knight and She Hulk all ready for you guys!
Scarlet Witch Stats:
Height: 5’7
Weight: 132 lbs.
Real Name: Wanda Maximoff
Powers: Yes
So Scarlet Witch is moderately tall.
I don’t want to say tall because we’ve definitely seen plenty of women fall in this category, but she is slightly taller than the average.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11!  Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero!

Scarlet Witch Cosplay Diet and Nutrition
This is normally where (in the character workouts at least) I’d throw you guys a nice copy paster to give you some links to awesome dietary guidelines.
The celebrity workouts get their own custom planning based around what that celebrity does, but the characters are very contingent on specific goals/starting points.
The same is going to be done here, but I’m going to be making some changes to help you out a little bit more.
So I’m going to start by suggesting what I think is the best Superhero Program for this cosplay if you choose to step it up a notch.
Of course, you can really step it up a notch and join our Academy to get access to everything we have to offer, but if not, you might want to check out The Program Shop for other options or even take The Program Selection Quiz to help you out.
Either way, my suggestion would be: The Ladies Glutes, Tone & Slim Vol. 2
Scarlet Witch sports some red leather, and has a slim physique underneath.
I’m pretty sure with any full body leather suit you’re going to want to have a nice tight fit with a slim bod underneath.
Though, if you’d like to build your own diet plan, I also have some more links that’ll help you do just that.
Which brings us to our information from the character workouts:
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!

Scarlet Witch Cosplay Workout and Appearance Information
This is the part where we have some fun with it.
Normally I’d break it down by the character’s powers and abilities, but instead we’re going to specifically be looking at their appearance and basing our workout and judgement on that.
So the best place to start is still Scarlet Witch’s Wiki page, which we’ll take a look at a brief bio and then get into her appearance:
Wanda Maximoff was kidnapped from Serbia and brought to Wundagore Mountain, base of the High Evolutionary. For years, she and her twin brother, Pietro, believed that they were the children of Romany couple, Django and Marya Maximoff. The High Evolutionary supposedly abducted the twins when they were babies, experimented on them, and after becoming disgusted with the results, he returned them to Wundagore, disguised as regular mutants.
As adolescents, Wanda and Pietro discovered that they had unusual superhuman abilities. When Django began to steal food to feed his starving family, enraged villagers attacked the Romani camp. Using his phenomenal speed, Pietro fled from the camp with his sister. The circumstances of their separation from their family were so traumatic that not until well into adulthood could they remember anything but the barest details of their childhood. For the next few years, Wanda and Pietro wandered central Europe, living off the land.
And, if you think back to what we know from the MCU, her twin brother is Quicksilver played by Aaron Taylor Johnson.
Rest in peace.
But now it’s time we talk a bit about her style.
Comic Style: In the comics, if we talk about her original look, we’re looking at a total red suit, high red boots, a red cape, and even a red headpiece. All red everything, you know?
Cinematic Universe Style: If we’re going for more of an MCU, Elizabeth Olsen, kind of vibe, then we can roll in with some black pants/leggings, some black boots, and then a long red jacket on top of a red vest (preferably one that ties down the front), and some red gloves.
And if you really want to step it up a notch you can throw on a couple necklaces that appear on Olsen in the movies.
Key Points for Cosplaying as Scarlet Witch:
- Decide which style you’re going for (Comics or MCU)
- Always stick with red and black if you can’t be precise
- Long brown hair (option headpiece)
And, being that this is Superhero Jacked, and we’re going to be throwing you into a leather suit, we’re also going to be training to fit into it as well.
Although we do support all shapes and sizes for cosplay, we also support a healthy lifestyle and want to get you looking as close to Wanda as possible!

The Scarlet Witch [Cosplay] Workout
Training Volume:
3-5 days per week
Explanation:
So in the comics we see a lot of legs, and often times a toned stomach and body from Scarlet Witch. For that reason we’re going to be training to slim down and tone up. This won’t require anything crazy, but it will require four to five sessions a week depending on how fast you’d like to progress.
Difficulty Level:
Beginner to Intermediate
When we do our celebrity and character workouts we base the difficulty level off of their routines/their powers. For this one it’s just a judgement call on how I believe we can best get you looking like each character. For that reason I’m providing a level for each.
For Scarlet Witch, considering she’s only our second ever in this category, we’ll be keeping it fairly easy.
