Everyone wants to know what Chase Stokes’ workout and diet regime is.
And today we’re going to talk about how we can get a body just like Stokes.
Chase Stokes, for those of you who don’t know, is the star of the new Netflix Original series (currently jumping from the number 1 and 2 slot of most watched show as I type this): Outer Banks.
So this week we’ll be seeing articles about both Stokes and also Madelyn Cline, who is Stokes female counterpart on the show.
Hopefully you guys like a lean and toned, almost “Surfer” physique, because that’s what we’re going to be shooting for here.
Chase Stokes Stats:
Height: 6’1
Weight: (approximate) 145 lbs.
Age: 27 years old
So Chase Stokes falls in the average height among male celebrities we’ve seen, but he’s definitely below average weight among the group.
Which would also fit in with his physique.
The average height falls in the range of 6’1-6’3 with celebs like Chris Pratt, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Adam Driver, Stephen Amell, Clive Standen and so many more.
Guys around 5’10-6’0 are dudes like Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and Jason Statham, but the ACTUAL shorter range is filled with guys like Mark Wahlberg, Zac Efron, Kit Harington, Tom Holland and more.
Even taller than them are guys like The Mountain, Joe Manganiello, Ben Affleck, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Winston Duke, Alexander Skarsgard and a few others.
But, don’t worry either way.
We write these routines to be utilized by any shape and size.

Chase Stokes Diet and Nutrition
Just as Chase Stokes’ character John B is extremely active, Chase Stokes seems to be as well.
Judging by his Instagram account we can tell quite a few things about him.
- He is incredibly active (as I mentioned).
- Looking through his social media accounts makes me feel like I’m literally looking at John B’s accounts. He surfs, he hangs at the beach a lot, he hikes, and he seems to be pretty active in other areas (think long boarding, surfing, etc.).
- He seems to eat fairly intuitively.
- Intuitive eating, sustainable eating, however you want to put it: Chase Stokes’ does not seem to have any type of strict diet plan.
There are a couple other sources that are not big interview sources like Men’s Health, Men’s Journal, and other “go-to” sources we tend to utilize here that talk about specifics but then don’t link or source any reason behind their claims; so we’re going to completely disregard those.
That being said, I will come back and update this article if there are any bigger sources that come out via interviews with Stokes that tell us about his workout and diet.
All you need to know for now is that he definitely seems to eat and drink what he likes.
He shares pictures of beers, pizza, burgers and all indications that he’s eating how he wants, and is able to sustain it with his high activity level.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.
That’s why our Academy Nutrition Classes (Monks, Minimalists, SuperHumans, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Greek Gods, Samurais, & Eat Fat, Lose Fat) revolve around helping you find the specific diet that is right FOR YOU.
Of course, there are a lot of reasons to HAVE the strict guidelines.
We’ve seen a lot of celebs opt for specific restrictions.Â
For example: Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hopper, and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting(something I use daily as well), Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.
You can check out our Nutrition Pillars for more information and articles on all of the above and more.

Chase Stokes Workout Routine Research
Similar to the diet plans that other sites have put out for Chase Stokes with no sources from interviews or any reasoning at all, they also claim to have a workout routine specifically for him.
Unfortunately, that’s not the case.
As I said above, when new information comes out via interviews and other reliable sources I will come back in and update this article with those sources and information the same way I have in the past with actors like KJ Apa, for example.
Everyone wanted a KJ Apa workout prior to interviews and source material, so we built one for his physique, and then went back in and continuously made updates like we do on all the articles as new information comes to light.
That being said, I will still be giving you ample information to get a physique like Chase Stokes.
To do that I won’t be just telling you to get super active and surf (although that’s a pretty good plan); I’ll also be providing a few things for you to utilize:
- A Chase Stokes Workout Routine
- I’ll be building you a workout routine that is specifically targeting the physique of Chase Stokes. We’ll include specific activity that’ll make you a fat burning machine, and also calisthenics and other fun resources.
- Other Celebrity Workout Routines
- There are a handful of celebrities that either fit the same criteria for a physique like Chase Stokes, or whose routines seem to be perfect for the activity level aim we are shooting for with this workout. I’ll be sharing both below.
- We’ll see guys like KJ Apa, Tom Holland, Jason Momoa and more.
- Other Resources to Get and Stay Active
- Whether you want to consider the “other fun resources” part of the first bullet as this part, or take this as it’s own
And with all of this you’ll be all set to unleash your new Chase Stokes physique.
Of course, as more relevant information comes out, as I said earlier, I’ll be coming back to keep you informed and add new research to the workout routine itself, and this section as well.
Get ready.

Chase Stokes Workout Routine
Training Volume:
3-5 days per week
Explanation:
I’m keeping this routine 3-5 days a week because it really is going to be based around keeping a higher activity level than you are eating via your diet (speaking from a calorie perspective); but to really ensure this physique we’ll be requiring 3 actual TRAINING days, and then you’ll decide whether to sub in cardiovascular activity like HIIT training or actually take advantage of some other styles like surfing, swimming, or even parkour!
