We were asked for more villains and that’s what you’re getting this week.
Although we have had a lot of villains on the site already…
We’ve seen characters like The Joker, Harley Quinn, Deathstroke, Thanos, and a bunch of others – especially if you include our celebs that have played villains!
But, like I said, we had specific requests for MORE villains, and I was specifically asked for Doomsday.
So here it is SHJ Army!
It’s time to get BIG.
Doomsday Stats:
Height: 8’10
Weight: 915 lbs
Real Name: None
Powers: Yes
Doomsday is by far the tallest character we’ve had on the site.
No one even comes close…
Vegeta tied Wolverine for the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only an inch taller. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu – and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
Just above them are Aquaman, Red Hood and Punisher standing only an inch or so taller.
We’ve had Superman at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, with Thor and Cyborg towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5.
And, of course, Hulk is up there with Thor, Kratos, Thanos and Cyborg, and sometimes even portrayed much taller.
Yeah, that means All Might is the tallest at 7’2, only sometimes surpassed by The Hulk – and Zangief just missing the tallest spot at 7’0!
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Doomsday Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Doomsday may get something specifically different**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Hugh Jackman and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting daily, and I also use it myself in conjunction with cyclical ketosis.
That being said, I also recommend tracking and paying attention to protein intake.
BUT, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, Superhumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Oh, and if you’re down with calorie counting instead, that’s always an option as well. It’s just important to be aware of specific rules and precision while counting.
THE DOOMSDAY PORTION:
As I said before, “Doomsday may get something specifically different.”.
Well, that’s not completely true, but I also want to mention something that is really important for those of you who are looking to put on Doomsday-like mass.
In order to gain weight you’re going to need to eat over your caloric maintenance level.
You need to eat MORE!
It’s important to also get enough protein daily (which we’ve mentioned), so counting macronutrients also really helps (which you can learn more about in the Nutrition Pillars).
So, EAT like Doomsday would!!!

Doomsday Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
This is where I get to break down the “how” and “why” of the workout we’re going to build based on the characters, in this case Doomsday’s, powers and/or abilities.
The list of Doomsday’s powers and abilities that his Wiki page gives us is long, but kind of necassary, so let’s go through it now:
-
Limitless Strength: While evolving, Doomsday could shatter a dimension within the Panthom Zone using nothing but brute force.
- Super-Leaping
-
Self-Evolution: If something kills him once, it cannot kill him again & he will either instantaneously heal from it instead or be invulnerable to it.
- Immortality
- Invulnerability
- Regenerative Healing Factor: He instantly heals any method of damage done to him a second time. This may be responsible for his immortality.
- Energy Absorption: To aid in his growth cycle Doomsday would siphon the very energy and lives of anything around him into himself, becoming evermore powerful and expedite his further evolution.
-
Unlimited Stamina
-
Superhuman Reflexes
-
Toxikinesis: Prior to his death, Doomsday was capable of emitting a toxin that would kill anything near him. Even while being a Kryptonian, Superman could only confront him for a short while before succumbing to his presence.
- Doomsday Conversion An effect of Doomsday’s new abilities. The potential letheality of which, while still incredibly caustic, was also discovered to be able to convert others afflicted by his miasma into Doomsday-like monstrosities.
- Murderous Possession: Upon his death by the hands of Superman he was able to adversely affect him, Kal-El started to warp biologically to resemble Doomsday due to the beast imprinting his entire essence onto his genetic code.
- Molecular Reconstruction: His poison didn’t just intoxicate organic elements. Everything around him within 100 yards began to degenerate and die; desert sand burned into onyx in his wake, people a good distance away burst’ into flames, brick & stone spontaneously dissolving at a molecular level, etc.
- Doomsday Conversion An effect of Doomsday’s new abilities. The potential letheality of which, while still incredibly caustic, was also discovered to be able to convert others afflicted by his miasma into Doomsday-like monstrosities.
-
Teleportation: Doomsday was capable of warping from location to location via the Phantom Zone.
There’s a lot we’re not going to be able to learn how to do with a workout routine.
And it doesn’t matter how good it is…
But we definitely can try for the rest of it!
Which is exactly what we’re going to do.
I think we’re going to need to get really strong for this one to make the most sense…
Let’s do this.
