Spider-Man: Far From Home is coming, and Marisa Tomei deserves her place at SHJ.
She’s definitely babe enough.
We’ve already seen Tom Holland (obviously), Zendaya, and even Jake Gyllenhaal from Far From Home, so adding another female celeb to the list (especially when it’s Marisa Tomei) was an easy choice!
We went from older Aunt May to total hot babe Auny May.
And I’m not complaining.
I absolutely loved Marisa Tomei in My Cousin Vinny, Crazy, Stupid, Love., Anger Management, The Big Short, and more! So having her in the MCU is just a bonus treat for me.
I also am totally digging what they’re doing with her character and Tony Stark/Happy Hogan’s characters.

Marisa Tomei falls right into the average height for female celebs we’ve seen.
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.

Marisa Tomei Diet and Nutrition
Marisa Tomei’s secret to being healthy seems to be to have fun doing it.
And that goes for both her diet and fitness regime.
She tells Shape Mag about going and grabbing local food:
Every weekend, Marisa and her boyfriend, actor Logan Marshall-Green, walk to their farmers’ market to pick up produce. “I love being outside and getting fresh air,” she says. “And it’s not just about buying local, fresh food, which then, of course, translates into healthy things for your body and your skin. It’s also about being part of the community and looking the people in the eye who have grown that food. All of these connections add to the vibrancy of life.”
Connection with her community or not, that gives you some inside look into what Marisa Tomei is eating on the reg.
Passed that Tomei seems to just wing it and stick to clean foods and healthy portions.
She add on to what she told Shape in an interview with Vogue:
What did you do to prepare for this role, physically, and what do you do to stay fit and look great on the regular? On the regular! [Laughs] Mostly, it’s an inside-out thing. By that, I mean what you put into you body is even more crucial than what you’re doing in terms of your exterior. What I eat and how I connect with my body feed my external. Right before the press tour, I went to Greece for a few weeks because I was at a stressful point in my personal life. I got really relaxed, which really helped [me]! In terms of brass tacks, I try to eat seasonal, local, and organic foods as much as possible, almost all the time. Moving meditation, like dance meditation, makes me feel at home in my skin; it helps me on a spiritual, mental, and, ultimately, physical level. I still hike and do calisthenics and yoga from time to time, but the cornerstone of it all is the inner stuff.

Marisa Tomei Workout Routine Research
I mentioned that Marisa Tomei loves to have fun.
Well, that includes dancing and some other formats of “training” when it comes to her workout.
We’ll start with the Shape interview which gives us some good insight into Tomei’s training and some more into her diet as well:
Learn How to Dance!
Like a lot of women, Marisa does a variety of activities, but she’s found that a mind-body approach feels best for her. When she moved to Los Angeles she studied yoga, then moved on to belly dancing, which she says “not only keeps you in incredible shape, it’s good for women’s reproductive organs and hormones too.” That led her to Nita Rubio, a teacher of devotional dance and body movement. Once a week, Marisa attends an all-female class that combines meditation, music, and dance. “There’s such a sense of freedom,” she says. “It’s not like jogging, where you’re working on your exterior. It’s about feeling the interior and being at home in your body. Movement is truly transformative!”Have Fun Every Day
One of the benefits of these classes, says Marisa, has been learning to listen to her inner voice. “I trust my body’s wisdom now. If a period of time goes by where I don’t do something physical and connect with my body, I feel like I’m losing my intuition. But I don’t want you to think I’m only about being all healthy-crunchy,”she says, laughing. “It’s about feeling pleasure too. I love to play, play, play! To go out dancing and be boisterous. It’s fun to be a night owl, or feel naughty, drink wine, and have sex! Now that’s the best kind of play there is!”
Continuing on into the Vogue interview Tomei tells us more about her fitness routine:
We hear a rumor that you also hula-hoop for exercise.
Yes. [Laughs] One of my best friends lived on the opposite end of town and she suggested we meet somewhere in the middle and do something silly. She found a hula-hooping class that was great because we were just doing tricks and playing around, but it was such a challenging workout. It’s fun and uplifting. My foot was hurting the other day, so I just hula-hooped in the living room for forty minutes as a workout.What else do you do for fitness—dance?
It’s not really workout dancing. When you interview me for Spirituality Now we can talk about it. [Laughs] I’m inconsistent with workouts, really. It could be a lot of walking on the treadmill or yoga. Right now, I do Pilates with Saul Choza at Winsor Pilates—it makes me feel more connected with my body. And I always stick resistance bands in my luggage—they’re so light and simple. Key Son, a trainer that I worked with for The Wrestler had me using them for a good two months before the movie. He’s so good at what he does—we made a workout DVD together.
So, actually, Tomei really likes to switch it up.
It’s nothing crazy or every single day, but definitely gets the job done!

Explanation:
Tomei likes to have fun with her fitness. Your job is going to be to get active. I’m going to give you a list of activity and classes Tomei likes to utilize that you can do 3+ days per week, and then I will also give you some alternatives and cardio options for you to add into the scheduling as well. On top of that I’ll be adding in an easy resistance band workout day that you can add in as often as you’d like. Tomei mentions keeping them in her luggage to utilize whenever on the go!

Marisa Tomei has mentioned some fun ways she likes to get active. She’s taken a hula-hooping class and also mentioned simply hula-hooping for 40 minutes in her living room when her foot was hurting and couldn’t get in other activity. On top of that she likes to do other forms of activity that she said can be as simple as getting active or doing cardio. Here’s some of the others:
