The world wants to know how Lele Pons transformed her body!
Which brings us to our Lele Pons Workout Routine and Diet Plan!
Lele Pons, for those of who you don’t know who she is, is an internet celebrity and influencer.
At the time of this article she has well over 40 million followers on her Instagram (which we’ll be using as a source for the research section of her diet and workout as she likes to share a lot; luckily for us) and over 15 million subscribers on her YouTube.
And, as you can see in the picture I’ve shared, Pons recently transformed her physique!
Lele Pons Stats:
Height: 5’6
Weight: (approximate) 125 lbs.
Age: 24 years old
Lele Pons falls right into the average height range among female celebrities we’ve seen at SHJ.
And her weight is a guesstimate based off what they’ve shared on sources online and the weight loss she has gone through.
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
And, let’s not forget the shorter ladies of SHJ like Ariana Grande, Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Emilia Clarke, Lucy Hale, Julianne Hough and a good handful of others.
But, either way, don’t worry.

Lele Pons Diet and Nutrition
In the official post Lele Pons shared to Instagram about her weight loss (which I’ve used for the main picture we shared at the very beginning of this article), she writes:
“RESULTS💪🏼 more than 2 months of hardcore workouts and diet with @dianamaux ! Feeling great ❤️ love you Diana!”
She shares a lot more videos and information about her training style, and Diana Maux (you can check out her Instagram here) also has a ton of workout videos, but much less about her dietary guidelines and specific nutrition plan she might have followed.
As you can see below, some of the images portray Lele Pons live Insta workout routines and she tags her trainer to not only keep herself accountable, but also share with the rest of her fans.
That being said, I also went to Diana Maux’s page to learn more about her systems.
I’ll talk more about her training style in the workout routine research section, but Maux is a former physique competitor who can be found fitting her favorite foods (like pizza) into her daily nutrition plan.
Similar to Maux’s post of her eating a slice of pizza, Pons posts herself in a bikini with a donut and says:
Going out for a swim 🍩🍩… and then eating this donut!
So her diet looks pretty much like the one we’ve seen the most popular among female celebrities.
Which revolves around eating a “Basic Healthy Diet” and mixing in your favorite foods as indulgences.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.

For example: Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting(something I use daily as well), Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.

Lele Pons Workout Routine Research
Lele Pons workout routine is going to be much easier to breakdown than the specifics of her diet.
While her diet was built between her and her trainer to include indulgences and best fit around her specific lifestyle (hence why our Academy features the same style), her workout routine was very functional and circuit styled training that both she and her trainer Diana Maux have been kind enough to share all over their social pages!
One thing that Lele Pons did make mention to as an added bonus for working with Diana Maux is some product placement of her specific bands.
Diana Maux sells both glute bands and resistance bands, both of which could be found here on her website, which Lele Pons made sure to share with her fans.

With the help of both Pons and Maux’s social accounts you can find a ton of different resources to put this workout together.
It’s also important to note that Lele Pons lives a fairly active lifestyle; one quick skim through her Instagram and you’ll notice tons of trips to the beach, the pool, snowboarding, skiing, hiking, and so much more.
She spends a lot of time being active outdoors to go on top of her newly found love of training!
That being said, her training style was almost always circuit style (although she did also hit the gym, as shown above in the middle image) from what she shared in her live videos and what can be found on her trainer Diana Maux’s own page.
Some of the movements I found (but not limited to, as there are a LOT) are:

- Mountain Climbers
- Squat and Step
- Twerking (okay but kind of serious)
- Push Ups
- Push Ups with DB Rows
- Glute Bridges
- Skater Lunges and tons of Squat/Lunges Variations

Explanation:
Lele Pons is extremely active. Most of these workouts can be done within a 30-60 minute time period (or much less), so by all means grab any of the ones I share below and use them first and foremost, but I’ll also be sharing a handful of resources and ideas to keep active as well.

Lele Pons Workout: Alternative Training Options
Lele Pons is very active. She’s always outdoors either snowboarding, at the beach, hiking, swimming, or doing something fun.
That being said, you should be considering this if you want to be as active as she is!
For this reason you do have some options on how you’d like to train. Lele Pons also shared a few stories and social media posts of her at the gym doing a different-than-usual training regime (where her normal training style revolved around Diana Maux’s styled circuits; even having a ton WITH Maux).
So whether you want to hit the gym with one of our other workout routines from The Workout Database or search for some other alternative training methods is up to you, but here’s a few options to help you burn some calories:
