So I figured that would be a great way to start us off.
You know, show you my worst side, and then pamper you with all things awesome to try and win you back.
Like a sour-patch-kid. (Sour then sweet?...whatever..)
Well, anyways, thanks for being here and welcome to Superhero Jacked.
If you don't know what we're about here, let me start by telling you:
-> Superhero Jacked is a site that started as one man (me) deciding to leave The Dark Side of The Fitness Industry (scummy sales pitches and BS promises) to teach awesome people (that's you) to unleash their inner SuperHuman and achieve The Hollywood Physique.
And from there it became:
-> A team of awesomeness (more about them later, let's just give me all the love and attention for now, okay?) that is dedicated to helping each and every member of The SHJ Army find the most sustainable fitness regime for each specific individual. Because if it's not fun, and it's not sustainable...what the hell is the point...?
That's why we're here to promise you that fitness doesn't have to suck!

STEP ONE: FIND YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE
I'll be sharing a couple quizzes below that help choose the right routines for you if you'd like to wait for that.
Your workout routine is a huge part of this process. There is a proper way to go about choosing a routine for your specific goal, so make sure you're thinking about a few things going into it:
1. Can I sustain this? (Ex: Do you have to train at this high or low of a volume? Is this right for your kind of weekly schedule?)
2. Is this going to be counter-productive to my goals? (Ex: If you choose a workout that is heavily cardio based and your goal is to gain weight, that might not be the best plan)
3. Is my fitness level on par with this starting point? (Ex: This could go both ways. You don't want to scale down too far, or up too high when choosing a routine just because you like that specific celeb or character. Choose a routine that fits your fitness level.)
I know, I know...I said that's not ALL we have.
But hey, that's still a big part of what we have for you here, so I want to give you a way to access it all.
If you can't find a specific celeb or character, I'll also be adding a search bar below this section for you to take advantage of as well.
In the workout database you'll find different categories: Male Celebs, Women Celebs, Character Routines, and Disney Inspired Routines.
Have fun and switch it up if you're getting bored of one! We have more than enough for you to have a fun variety.
STEP TWO: CHOOSE THE OPTIMAL DIET STRUCTURE
I'm going to be completely honest when I tell you that your nutrition is going to be more than half the battle.
Probably even close to 75% of it, actually.
Here at SHJ we know what works and why.
But that doesn't mean we also realize that certain restrictions can support not only a healthier diet, but also one that allows people to meet the requirements needed to lose or gain weight in a sustainable fashion.
And maybe that sounds like a bunch of words thrown into a sentence to sound nice, but the point is that we don't discriminate. I can teach you how to calorie count to be able to eat virtually whatever you want (in moderation) and still lose fat and get shredded, but I also want knock it if you want to hop on a Paleo or Nordic diet (to name a couple).
We've seen celebs do just about everything.
For example: Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting(something I use daily as well), Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
STEP THREE: SUPPLEMENT FOR YOUR GOAL
What you put in your body matters.
I probably made that pretty clear in the last section.
Which is why supplements are also so vitally important to this process.
Every single day I supplement 50g of protein into my daily caloric intake with a protein shake (whey protein; exact brand found in the guide).
I also go through different phases and groups.
Keep in mind the stacks are in addition to the everyday essentials and often times the everyday essentials are even more important than the extra stacking.
Here's what I mean:

And there's even more than that, but you'll have to head there to get the full scope of what I'm talking about.
STEP FOUR: COMMUNITY, MOTIVATION & ACCOUNTABILITY
This one is a bit of a bonus add, but still something that deserves a spot due to it's drastically underestimated importance.
Have you ever wondered how celebs are able to go through these almost too incredible to believe transformations?
Of course you have. Most people chalk it up as some form of cheating (steroids, or some people even think a witch came and used magic or something)...
The thing is this: they're being held accountable; at a standard we can't even comprehend.
They know their body will be put on display for the whole world to see, and they use that knowledge to drive them through transformations that aren't sustainable, but are absolutely incredible for the short period of time they're usually given to achieve the results they do.
For this reason we need to find a community that will help us keep the motivation and hold us accountable enough to be able to replicate what we know is working for these celebrities; at least until we're able to form a habit and eventually sustain the regime that we are looking to utilize.
