We’re doubling up on our male celeb workouts this week.
We already saw Michael C. Hall’s workout routine, but now it’s time for Scott Eastwood’s workout as well!
Scott Eastwood is mainly known as the son of Clint Eastwood, but he’s also been in his own fun roles like that of: The Fate of The Furious, Pacific Rim 2, and Suicide Squad.
It also helps that he has always shown off a chiseled and toned physique…
Recently he was nice enough to share his current workout routine, which can be done with little to no equipment.
Actually, he says all you need is a yoga mat, a swiss ball, and a set of weights!
But we’ll get more into that in a bit.
Scott Eastwood Stats:
Weight: (approximate) 183 lbs.
Age: 34 years old
Like Michael C. Hall, Scott Eastwood is technically below average height among men we’ve seen at SHJ.
But they do fall into their own category of awesome celebrities (as shown below).
But, don’t worry either way.

Scott Eastwood Diet and Nutrition
Scott Eastwood can do it all.
He has tried intermittent fasting, eating clean, and getting shredded for movies, all while filming 16 hour days and needing to train on top of that.
He’s ready for anything.
He tells Men’s Journal:
“I use boxing and muay thai to focus on my core a couple times a week,” he says. “But really, abs come down to eating. It’s about clean veggies and clean proteins. When you eat a bunch of bread, you’ll notice it, you’ll pack on the pounds.”
And they follows this up by stating:
Eastwood has also tried intermittent fasting, eating within a seven to eight hour period, and fasting for the remainder of the day. Strict fasting and training seven days a week on top of shooting a movie sounds, well, tough. “No, not really, I enjoy it all,” he says. Does the guy have any vices? “Yes, chips and salsa,” he says, “I get weak-kneed just thinking about it.”
Hey, if you can sustain it, why not?
As long as you get your chips and salsa, right?

And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.

Scott Eastwood Workout Routine Research
As I was mentioning above, Scott Eastwood was awesome enough to share an entire workout routine that he is currently utilizing from home.
This is referred to as his “No Gym Full Body” Workout Routine.
That being said, I do also want to share some information from his everyday training that he utilizes in the gym.
He shared some information from Men’s Health, even talking about some of the yoga that he works into his training.
Here’s what he says:
“Yoga changed my life. I partly do it for flexibility, but I also do it for mental health. It’s about my state of mind. Yoga helps me come to a place that’s very serene, where I’m not judging myself. Sure, everyone has anxiety in their life, but the more you do yoga, the easier it is to get into this good place.”
And prior to that he talks about the work ethic his father instilled in him, which also includes fitness and nutrition:
“My dad never gave me a cent. He made me work for everything,” he recalls. “My dad is a machine about food and exercise. He showed me how to lift when I was 14 or 15—the bench press and other basics. He made it clear it was more important to do the moves correctly than to put on more plates.”
If we also grab a snippet that we used in the diet and nutrition section, we can factor in the mixed martial arts training as well, and our routine begins to take full shape.

He also tells them all about the activity in his life, especially with his mother growing up:
“I got to see my father on movie sets as a kid, and I hear him tell stories. But with my mother I lived an outdoor lifestyle—fishing, surfing, diving. There were not a lot of video games.”
And, if you’ve seen his Instagram account, he’s not kidding around!
He seems to always be active on a boat, outdoors, or doing something that gets him moving.
And, to wrap us up before I share Eastwood’s workout routine I do want to make mention to the fact that when he was explaining his daily regime he was mainly showing off cross-training movements inside what looked to be a CrossFit gym.
