Hailee Steinfeld is a total babe.
And she’s in some awesome freakin’ roles!
Steinfeld has starred in True Grit, Pitch Perfect 2 and 3, Ender’s Game, and most recently: Bumblebee, and Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse!
Her role as Gwen Stacy was so awesome and the movie prompted both the Miles Morales and the Spider-Gwen character workouts.
You guys are in for a treat in this one, though. Steinfeld has shared a ton of information with a bunch of sources that we’ll be utilizing to create an awesome routine.
Hailee Steinfeld Stats:
Height: 5’8
Weight: (approximate) 132 lbs
Age: 22 years old
Hailee Steinfeld is actually considered about an inch or two above what we’d consider our average height among women at SHJ.
But, she does fall into another category we have now.
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and amongst the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
And, let’s not forget the shorter ladies of SHJ like Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Emilia Clarke, Lucy Hale, Julianne Hough and a good handful of others.
But, either way, don’t worry.

Hailee Steinfeld Diet and Nutrition
Hailee Steinfeld shares some pretty good information with Shape.com about her diet and nutrition.
And, unsurprisingly, it’s very similar to a lot of what we see from other celebs at SHJ.
Right off the bat she tells us this about her diet, especially being on tour:
“I don’t really stick to anything too specific. There are different options wherever I go depending on which U.S. city or part of the world I’m in. But I eat pretty simple and clean for the most part, and when I’m on tour it’s really a matter of making sure to have small meals throughout the day to keep my energy up.”
Some more fun information continues when she tells Shape:
“I like Special K topped with a banana. That’s what I have when I’m on the road and on tour. And then when I feel like splurging, Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops, and Rice Krispies are my favorites.”
We also see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.

Hailee Steinfeld Workout Routine Research
Thankfully for us, Steinfeld doesn’t stop there.
She also tells Shape and some other sources all about her workout.
Steinfeld says this about her workout:
Why she isn’t a morning workout person: “I’ve recently tried to start working out in the morning so it’s over with and I can go on with my day, but I just can’t do it. I go at night when the day is done. I wash my makeup off, I go to the gym, I’m done. It’s kind of my way of winding down. I find that I sleep better.”
How she stays fit on the road:Â “My workout routine changes all the time based on where I am and what I have access to. I’ll travel with resistance bands and a jump rope in my bag so that I don’t necessarily need a gym. But when I’m in a hotel, that’s where you can find me.”
That’s not all. She also states:
“Touring is great because when I’m performing and sound-checking, I’m putting in more work than I realize. I’ll still set aside extra time to work out, even if it’s just 15 minutes of taking a walk or getting in a little bit of cardio after a day’s work. If I’m in the gym I’ll switch it up between the elliptical, bike, treadmill, or swimming. Even when I’m not busy, I always stick to my favorites: circuit training and kickboxing. Running isn’t my favorite but I’ll still do it.”
“I always feel like spending time in the gym is a relief. I go in and put my headphones in and kind of just separate myself from everything for a while. It’s kind of like a safe zone in a way. I definitely walk away feeling more relaxed.”
So expect to see a variety.
To keep that variety going, Steinfeld tells Self this about her favorite type of workout routine:
“Steinfeld tries to fits in exercise wherever she goes by walking, jumping rope, shadowboxing, or even shopping. But when she gets to choose, dancing is her favorite way to work up a sweat.”
We’ll be utilizing some quick in-home workouts with bands and a jump rope; we’ll have some kickboxing and circuit training; we’ll incorporate cardio and activity days (and dancing); and we’ll even incorporate a full gym workout.

Hailee Steinfeld Workout Routine Day Four: Activity Day and Dancing
Steinfeld loves to dance. She names that as her favorite workout.
BUT, she also mentions getting active in other ways.
If she’s had a somewhat active day and has little time she even just tries to get in some walking. Depending on your day you can go for a 15-60 minute walk to get moving.
Or, there’s plenty of other ways to get active like hiking, sports, swimming, rock climbing, and tons of other fun methods!
