We have seen a handful of Fairy Tail characters at SHJ, but it’s really been at random moments – so this week I decided to bring us a bunch at one!
We’re going to be starting with some fun ladies: Juvia Lockser and Wendy Marvell.
In the past we’ve seen characters like Erza Scarlet, Gray Fullbuster, Lucy Heartfilia, Natsu Dragneel, Gajeel Redfox and Laxus Dreyar.
That means that after I bring in all our new Fairy Tail Inspired Workouts this week we’ll even be able to get a Fairy Tail Mini-Workout-Database like we’ve been able to do for some other anime in the past.
This makes it easy to find your favorite characters from specific shows instead of having to scroll through our flooded Anime Workouts Database!

Height: 5’4
Weight: 145 lbs.

Powers: Yes
Juvia is actually short, but not the shortest we’ve seen among female characters at SHJ.
She would even be considered to just make the average height among celebrity females as well.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Juvia Lockser Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Juvia Lockser Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To get us started we’re going to be pulling right from Juvia Locker’s Wiki Fandom page to learn a little bit more about here.
Here’s what they give for her initial bio:
Juvia Lockser is a Mage of Fairy Tail and is a former S-Class Mage of the now-disbanded Phantom Lord guild where she was a member of its elite team, the Element 4, with her corresponding element being water.
Moving into her powers and abilities section we learn more about her water powers.
Her Wiki Fandom starts us off with this:
Water: Juvia is an extremely skilled user of Water, which allows her to produce, control, and manipulate water. She can use the water in a variety of different ways, such as producing blades of water that can even slice through solid rock and metal, creating boiling beams, forming waves of tremendous power and force to damage her opponents, or even trapping opponents in mini-prisons made of her water. Juvia also has the ability to turn into water, seemingly without thought, thus allowing both physical and magical attacks to pass through her without harming her. Her Magic Power is greatly amplified when she is in an emotional state (for example, extreme anger), to the point where she could easily overpower Meredy, one of the Seven Kin of Purgatory. While being in her liquid form, she can also be frozen and reshaped into various things by Ice-Make users.
They also tell us that Juvia can conjure rain and breathe underwater as well.
While Juvia’s powers don’t necessarily work directly with a training program I think they do give us the ability to have some fun with it.
In order to both adhere to Juvia’s powers (water, underwater breathing, etc.) while also working towards achieving her overall aesthetic (“slender” and “curvaceous”), we can use a swimming routine!

For this one you’re going to be swimming 3-5 days per week but two days per week I will also be programming you a calisthenics alternative to sub in as well.
