We haven’t had a God Of High School Inspired Workout since we had our original Jin Mori Inspired Workout.
And, we even eventually had our Jin Mori Inspired Calisthenics Workouts built around bodyweight training – so it’s about time that we get Yoo Mira!
That said, we’re building this one out with weight training considering Yoo Mira’s abilities and strength.
We may be back to add her to the Calisthenics Workouts as well, but I have some more plans for more God Of High School characters as well.
Including bringing a mini-database for them inside our Anime Workouts Database.
Yoo Mira Stats:
Real Name: Yoo Mira
Height: N/A
Weight: N/A
Anime: God Of High School
Powers: Yes
I don’t have a specific height and weight for Yoo Mira, but it won’t play much of a factor in how we build our full workout.
We’ll go over her overall aesthetic and how that will play into our training below.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Yoo Mira Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Yoo Mira Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Yoo Mira I will be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page, starting with her bio section here:
Yoo Mira is one of the three protagonists of The God of High School, and is the 25th Master of the Moon Light Sword Style. She was invited to participate in the God Of High School Tournament.
During the World Tournament and RagnarÖk, Ultio R gave Okhwang’s physical power (which he had previously stolen) and the Original Greed to Yu Mira. Due to that, Sang Mandeok recognized her as the Jade Emperor’s successor. In addition, she also received Gáe Bolg from Seo Han-Ryang, 27th Leader of National Assembly of the Homeless, and chosen by the five head ‘family’ to become the 28th Leader.
17 years after RagnarÖk, she becomes one of The Six and leader of Neo Nox, an amalgamation of the National Assembly of the Homeless and Sang Man-Duk’s Nox faction. After the “Advent of Maitreya”, Neo Nox dissolved and Yu Mira gave the physical power of the King to Han Daewi.
This tells us a bit about how powerful she is, but it only begins to scratch the surface of what we’re actually working with.
I’m going to skip over her appearance section being that they don’t really give us anything we can use for the workout, and it’s pretty clear what we’ll need to focus on while building our routine.
That said, we can move right down into her powers and abilities instead.
Here’s how they start out with her overall abilities:
Yuoo Mira is the 25th master of the Moonlight Sword and can easily beat typical bullies without any trouble. As a testament to her strength, she was placed 3rd in the G.O.H tournament in their city behind Jin Mo-Ri and Han Dae-Wi. After she was given tips for mastering the way of sword, she has started using skills and techniques rather than just relying on brute force of the sword. After the Metropolitan regional, Yu Mi-Ra learned more about Charyeok from Judge P and demonstrated the ability to use it during the Nationals.
17 years after RagnarÖk, her skills and abilities increased to the level where she was recognized as a member of The Six and nicknamed the Witch of the West. She easily split one of the most powerful original Judges in two, rendering him comatose despite her own self-healing power. Her prowess and power are comparable to, if not greater than, Han Dae-Wi’s. Empowered by the Body of the King, she is able to face the Jade Emperor over and over again. Equipped with the Blade of Tathagata, she is capable of dealing with unparalleled destructive force and, combined with her skill with a sword, she even pierces through the famous Robe of the Sage.
From there we can also move right down into her superhuman abilities.
(And lets also not forget her masterful swordsmanship that needs to be a factor as well.)
Here’s the superhuman abilities:
Superhuman Endurance: Yu Mira has shown tremendous endurance and stamina. She fought multiple enemies without a charyeok in the consolation match and survived the effect of using limiter removal (although she did need the aid of a divine pellet and the tears of holy animal to help heal).
Superhuman Agility: Due to the natural strengthening of her body from training with her father she has superhuman agility. She is agile enough move into any position as she sees fit. She has shown the ability to effortlessly flip and jump around a fight using most surfaces to her advantage.
Superhuman Strength: Yu Mi-Ra has shown incredible strength numerous times throughout the series, during many fights. After removing her limiter in Oraeguk, she split the earth, a mountain and the sky, even to the horizon, using ‘Heaven Splitter’. In the G.O.H. World Tournament, with her regular strength, she was able to cut Anna’s laser beam and the ceiling of the arena without using her national treasure.
Superhuman Speed: Yu Mira has shown some levels of superhuman speed. Jin Mo-Ri, when caught off guard, was punched in the face by her and was unable to catch her sword coming down on his head. She was able to react to and slice apart laser beams from Anna while also landing a counter attack. She also diced an arena into thousands of pieces while flying through the air.
This really sums up what we’re going to be working with, in conjunction with her aesthetic.
The goals of our Yoo Mira Inspired Workout are going to be:
- Yoo Mira’s Slim and Toned Aesthetic
- Yoo Mira’s Superhuman Strength and Speed
- Yoo Mira’s Superhuman Endurance and Agility
This one won’t be incredibly intense, but it also won’t be easy.
It will be somewhere right in the middle.
That means if you’re a beginner you’ll likely want to start with The Beginner Behemoth Workout or one of our other Beginner Workouts.
