We’re back for EVEN MORE Anime Cosplay and Workouts!
You guys have been loving the Anime themed training so much I even decided to have JoJo and Dio (from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) make an appearance with the regular character workouts this week.
Oh, and we even already saw Tanjiro Kamado this week, so I don’t want anyone else freaking out over the fact that we were missing the main character!
Last week we saw Inosuke Hashibira and, Nezuko Kamado, and the week prior we had finished off our My Hero Academia spree with Shoto Todoroki and Ochako Uraraka cosplay workout and guides.
Before that we even hit Deku and Asui in the regular workout category; while we had already seen All Might in the past.
By the way, if you don’t already know, this is our new category that I announced I’ll be starting due to the high demand in cosplayers we have hitting the site, but it’s also an opportunity for me to give you secondary options to the main character workouts that will be slightly more generic and beginner-intermediate oriented; whereas the character workouts get pretty high volume when we begin talking about our overpowered characters!
Sabito Stats:
Height: 5’5-5’8
Weight: 135-155 lbs.
Real Name: Sabito
Sabito’s more precise stats are about ambiguous as his character.
But he can’t be that far off the stats listed considering his comparison to other characters we’ve already seen.
Vegeta were tied Wolverine for the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4.  Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Sabito Diet and Nutrition
This is normally where (in the character workouts at least) I’d throw you guys a nice copy paster to give you some links to awesome dietary guidelines.
The celebrity workouts get their own custom planning based around what that celebrity does, but the characters are very contingent on specific goals/starting points.
The same is going to be done here, but I’m going to be making some changes to help you out a little bit more. So I’m going to start by suggesting what I think is the best Superhero Program for this cosplay if you choose to step it up a notch. Of course, you can really step it up a notch and join our Academy to get access to everything we have to offer, but if not, you might want to check out The Program Shop for other options or even take The Program Selection Quiz to help you out.
Either way, my suggestion would be:Â The Cut and Shred
Which brings us to our information from the character workouts if you’re looking to go the free-route (which is totally fine):
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Sabito Cosplay Information (and Options)
Now it’s time to not transform your body, but rather your attire.
That’s right, it’s the NEW fun part.
As you can tell from the picture above (and throughout the article as well), Sabito cosplay has a couple options (and I didn’t even include later seasons cosplay which I’ll be sharing below).
You can definitely have some fun with this.
Here’s some suggestions, and I tried to diversify it:
The Good Stuff:
**These are not the budget options. These are from our friends over at EZCosplay and are NOT simply “Halloween Costumes” but cosplay outfits that are made to transform you into these characters.**
Sabito Sword Prop
Amazon Budget Route:
**These are budget options that are from Amazon and may be simply Halloween Costume items, but are also the top options we suggest from the platform.**
Sabito Custome
Sabito Mask Prop
And there you have it.
Along with this killer workout I’m going to build for you to turn you into Sabito, these are our favorite options for his outfit.

Sabito Workout Routine Information (and Research)
So we have some more fun (although may not as much) in this section.
Here I’ll be giving you a bit of a bio and also utilizing what we’ve discussed in the section above (and some more) to break down what we’ll be looking to achieve with this workout routine I’ll be building for you.
So let’s start at Demon Slayer Wiki Fandom with a bit of a biography for Sabito:
Sabito was a former apprentice of Sakonji Urokodaki. He appeared to assist Tanjiro Kamado in his preparations for the Final Selection exam.
Now that you know what we’re workin’ with here, we can get into a bit more (mainly because I want to).
Here’s a bit more of his appearance information:
Sabito was a fair-skinned young man with a large scar running from the right corner of his mouth to his right ear, and kind, cat-like eyes of a grayish lavender color, a horizontal bar of much paler purple visible across them near the bottom. He had thick, spiked, peach-colored hair of varying lengths, the longest reaching his shoulders, that he wore messily down with side micro bangs over the left of his forehead.
Which they actually continue with:
Sabito wore a green yukata, patterned with a geometric square design of yellow and a darker green, tied off at the waist with a piece of black fabric, below which he sported a pair of hakama pants and over which a plain white haori. Around his calves, he wore two pieces of cloth, that bore the same design as his yukata, which his pants were tucked into, as well as black socks and a pair of Japanese sandals on his feet. As with the rest of Sakonji Urokodaki’s apprentices, Sabito’s white warding mask, hand-carved by his master himself, took the shape of a fox’s face, his decorated by a large scar in the same place as the one on his face. The mask’s eyes and nose were of a dark green while the ears were more of a gray-red, and it was secured around his face by a thick piece of red rope around his head, the ends of which hung down from behind each of his ears.
And if you REALLY want to step it up a notch and fully embody Sabito you can step into his personality as well, which we’re told is:
Sabito was a serious young man who believed that all of his actions should be becoming of a man. He was seen as a ruthless mentor during his time training Tanjiro Kamado, who was always quick to point out his flaws and refused to acknowledge him as a man. When asked about defeating the Hand Demon, Sabito appeared to have a pessimistic view on conflicts, saying he believed that no matter how hard someone tries it will never be enough to take the beast down.
I’m all about taking these characters from physique to personality, BUT, feel free to completely ignore that section and head right to the workout.
As you can see from Sabito’s appearance we’re going to be going for a physique not far off Tanjiro’s physique.
But don’t worry, I’ll switch it up a bit for us.
For the sake of the cosplay that I suggest I will focus in on a couple things:
- Slim and Toned
- Agile and Quick w/ Calisthenics and Full Body Training
That should get you guys right into the character’s physique.
The mentality and personality is going to be all on you!

Sabito [Cosplay] Workout
Training Volume:
3-5 days per week
Explanation:
The training portion is 3-5 days a week because if you want to you can cut the cardio days, but I would keep them to not only embody Sabito more, but also help with the fat loss and promote more toning.
Difficulty Level:
Beginner-Intermediate
When we do our celebrity and character workouts we base the difficulty level off of their routines/their powers. For this one it’s just a judgement call on how I believe we can best get you looking like each character. For that reason I’m providing a level for each.
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & traditional pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
